There is no such thing as weight loss massage. Apart from possibly a small amount of water loss, which does not count. Your user name says it all. Please don't set up at all.

We always agreed that if we were going to have children at all then we would have two. We had our first little girl then I had a miscarriage. We kept trying but nothing happened, then our little one got to 5 years old and we decided to stop trying. We talked about the pros and cons and decided that whilst our daughter would grow up without a sibling which made me kind of sad, there were more points in the pros column. I'm glad we just had the one now, Our little triangle is perfect... But really, whilst everyone can give you their personal views, only you and your husband can make the decision that's right for you... Good luck with your choice, neither is wrong!

I think Sarahlou is correct. I don't think any airline will allow a dog in the cabin and as you say, many airlines won't transport snub-nosed dogs due to associated risks.. Who did you bring your dog to Dubai with? If you brought your dog out in the cabin with them then you may have to go to them again. You could also ask your vet or DKC (Dubai Kennels and Cattery) who are experienced at arranging transport for animals. Good luck.

If you want good quality and have the money, definitely Wolfies. We bought ours from there with money we got from our wedding which was over eleven years ago. They helped me especially since I didn't have a clue what was the right size or type of bike I needed. We both got Scott's. Since then they have been packed up and moved across the world three times with us. I'm rather ashamed to say mine is still in it's bubble wrap since our last move because of the roads where we currently live, but my husbands which has had some serious hammer is still going strong.

Is the stuff she is eating of the kids special dietary-requirement food or just food the kids like? If it due to allergies or something then just explain that to her but if not, I would just buy more of it, I can't imagine telling someone who I agreed to buy food for that she wasn't allowed to eat certain food. I wouldn't like to have my food bought for me but to then be told that, for example, you can't have crisps, they belong just to the kids... That just seems wrong and rather sad to me - I'll buy food for you but not the expensive stuff!!

FairyDust, don't worry, it's not a calorie deficit of 3500 calories a DAY to lose the fat. But SarahLou is quite correct, to lose one pound of fat means being under your required amount of calories over whatever period will equal one pound of fat. For example if you calculate that your TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure, which means the calories it takes in a day to "run" your body, plus moving around etc, this one is quite good: https://tdeecalculator.net/ ) is approx 2300 calories, then you eat 500 calories less a day (so 1800), in a week you would lose a pound. The lemon diet is to be quite frank, rubbish. The only thing that works to lose fat is CICO, (Calories in, calories out). Losing weight is simple, if not easy. If you burn more calories than you eat then you will lose weight, whether that is through diet alone or a combination of diet and exercise. Personally I like exercising to improve my fitness level but also because it means I can eat more and still lose weight! ;) The lemon juice does NOT detox the body. If you have functioning liver, lungs and kidneys your body does a great job in detoxing itself. Lemon cannot detox anything. If you enjoy though, have at it. My best advice for anyone trying to lose weight is to sign up to My Fitness Pal (http://www.myfitnesspal.com), put in your details and follow their recommended calorie amount. There is also a forum on there which is very user friendly and offers a ton of advice.

Did the guy explain why he had your husbands clothes on when you confronted him on Saturday? How did you raise it with him? I ask because it seems quite an odd thing to do if he's the husband of a friend's daughter, a bit too familiar!! But, if he just went into your bedroom and started rooting through the wardrobe without asking then that's stealing and I would be checking the rest of the house for other missing items before they leave. On the other hand, have you checked with your husband he didn't have some kind of bloke-y type conversation where he said something along the lines "Oh, it's okay mate, help yourself" or something else that could possibly have been misconstrued as permission? He may be hiding in the bedroom out of feelings of guilt because he either knows he was wrong or he realises that he misunderstood something along the way. On the other hand he may be mad at you for either having a blazing row with him when he doesn't think it's a big deal borrowing clothes or that he feels he got some kind of permission and feels hard done to. I think a calm conversation where you find out why he did it and why he thought it was okay to rummage through your husbands wardrobe might be in order....

Personally I'm a hardliner so my child wouldn't dream of arguing... but on the odd time there has been defiance the tablet is simply taken away and as for tantrums? Um no. They can go tantrum in their bedroom like a toddler if they wish and they will then be treated like a toddler. And if they continue to argue and tantrum and defy me then it's 24 hours without any gadget, want to continue arguing? 48 hours! Want to continue with that tantrum? Now it's all week...! Bedtime is bedtime and it's for sleeping, holidays or not. A later bedtime is allowed in the holidays but the same rules apply whenever that time is. Kids need sleep. When it comes down to it I am the parent, they are the child. My house, my rules since the day they were born. Respect me and my decisions and I will respect you and we will get along just fine. Disrespect me and there will be consequences. But I'm sure there will be lots of other mums on here that can give you other less authoritarian solutions... ;)

Ah don't worry, Dubai driving is a bit manic at times, but if you keep your wits about you, you will be fine. If you have driven in India and Africa, Dubai will be a doddle. Mad, but a doddle. Whilst it is obviously not essential, a bigger car with a higher driving position such as a 4x4 / SUV type vehicle may give you more confidence as you can see what is going on around you a bit better than a lower, smaller car.

Wahaha, this thread is the best in AGES. Two posters who both set up in December 2015 but seem to have no posts between them (deleted maybe...?) suddenly decide to start posting again on the exact same day. One asking a question about something and the other answering!!  They must think we came down in the last rain shower!

I'm afraid to say but this new site update is AWFUL!!! Just a few observations after a minute on the site: Each thread title is in it's own huge box which looks awful and you have to scroll and scroll, There is an advert in the middle after about 6 threads which is just annoying, Trying to sign in is a nightmare, couldn't click on my autofill options as the box just disappeared and I kept having to click on the "sign in" box again, You can't see who is online anymore (as far as I can see).

I just bought Aloe Vera juice from chicmonk an online website. It is cheaper and they sell gel also. Gel is good and juice is also nice. I feel refreshed. Wow, you must have the record for digging up an old thread (almost 5 years!!) to sell something,,, and quite possibly reincarnating yourself from several other identities on this thread.

Hi Ladies, My boyfriend and I are Australian (28years old), and we are currently living in the United States. He is looking to relocate to Dubai for work because though America is great the benefits suck i.e 5 days Annual leave a year! And ZERO sick leave. He works as a Project Manager in Construction, and has great experience on commercial projects and interior fit outs. I was wondering if anyone has any contacts that you could put him in touch with in the Construction industry? Or any advice on the best companies/places and ways to find work. Any kind of help would be much appreciated! Thank you in advance ! Sarah  I'm confused - At the end of 2015 you were moving to Qatar with your husband (http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/topic238783-what-is-it-like-working-as-a-woman-in-qatar-forum24.aspx). Then this time last year you said you were coming to Dubai with your husband, (http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/topic240139-moving-to-dubai--love-some-tips-on-moving-and-social-life-forum23.aspx), then last February you said your PARTNERS job had fallen through (http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/topic240671-partner-disheartened-by-job-search-suggestions--forum23.aspx). This year he's your boyfriend. Is he your husband or boyfriend? It will make a big difference as to what advice people give, as sarahlou123 says, living together in Dubai is illegal and companies won't sponsor you to come here or give travel benefits if you are not married.

I do give her public holidays off most of the times. I also gave her two days off for Christmas (from the 24th Dec evening until the 26th of Dec evening) as we've been both on leave and we didn't really need her. We are pretty fair and treat her very nice, don't get me wrong. She is living a very good and easy life with us. However, I decided that in some particular cases like New Years Eve she has to work and she will get her day off later on in January :) Thank you for advising me! :) When did you ask her to work on New Year's Eve and did she agree?

Hi moms, Do you give your nannies / maids days off on public holidays? I am trying to search for the new regulations but couldn't find the most updated one. My nanny wants to have the New Years night off and 1st of January too saying that everyone is off that day :) I told her NO, but she can take another day off later in the month of Jan and she gave me "the look". If I say yes, that means we can say goodbye to our New Years plans to go out with friends that night. :( What does the law say? Thank you. I wouldn't have thought that there are regulations that say whether a nanny / maid is entitled to certain days off, it depends on the family and what they have discussed and sorted out. But I do have to ask, it is the 27th December. I am guessing that you made plans for New Year's Eve before today? It is not fair to spring it on your maid so late in the day. These kind of things should be sorted out months in advance, if not when you you were hiring your maid. I don't specifically mean New Year's Eve 2016, but generally about your expectations for holidays. Maids are people too, and if you haven't discussed it, maybe she thought you weren't going out and made some plans, shock horror... Some things shouldn't be about the law, some things should be about being a decent person and setting out expectations and talking to your help, not looking for laws to force her to do something. On the other hand, if you told her weeks ago that you were going out and she would have to babysit, and she agreed, then she will have to work.

You sound a little like you are writing an article, sorry to be suspicious, but we get a lot of that on here. Your other thread (http://www.expatwoman.com/forum/topic244624-your-kids-new-demands-forum23.aspx), certainly sounds like it. The reason I am suspicious is it sounds like you are doing an article on "What kids want this Christmas". Also, your kids and 2.5 and 5 and you are trying to juggle their video game usage? Whaaaat? No. If you are genuinely struggling with that I'd say, put the video games away and go play outside. If my daughter (now 8 years old) DEMANDED anything from me, well, you can be sure she wouldn't be getting it, whatever it was... You are making a rod for your own back if your kids of this age are demanding things of you!!

So earlier I was given to understand that penalty will be levied at the time of renewal of visa after dec 31. Now it appears that penalty will be levied from January even if visa not being renewed. To elaborate. my housemaids visa expires in march 2017 and we will not be renewing. So do I have to get her insurance for 3 months (even though i will have to pay for whole year). Confused...TIA I would say that obviously you should get insurance. Would you get insurance for yourself if you were leaving in March or chance it? What would happen if she was to fall ill in February... would you foot what could be a huge cost or would you hope she lasts long enough to get on the plane...?!

I agree, DON'T!! I tried it once, it was a smelly, flat, lumpy, clumpy disaster!! However, I have had success with tumble drying, I wash pillows a couple of times with some nice smelling softener, dry on HOT cycle in the dryer and all good, lovely, fluffy and non-smelly. I advise you to find a friend with a dryer and go round for coffee (or something ;) ).

In my humble opinion, if it's your own pool in your own home, wear what you want but anywhere public in the UAE I would say anything older than a baby should wear a costume or two piece at least. I used to put my little girl in one of those sunsuits, but that was to protect her from the sun rather than anything else but even if it hadn't been so hot she would have worn a swimming costume. But then I'm really old fashioned...

Good day everyone! I created this thread for expats who have health issues. I am a nurse and i am willing to help ? Without wishing to seem rude or ungrateful for your offer - how do we know you are a nurse? I for one would not post personal health issues on the internet or take advice from an unknown and new poster offering their services as a professional... And surely, as a good nurse, you should be advising people to go and see someone in person as offering advice over the internet could result in a dangerous misdiagnosation. Sorry to be cynical but your post is very odd!

If anyone is looking . My daughter ,a gap year student is available for babysitting. Enthusiastic and realiable. Does your daughter have insurance / a licence to babysit? I know I'll get shot down for saying it, I've done it before and been told not to be so silly, everyone does it... but I feel I have to in case you aren't aware. What you are offering is illegal and if anything was to happen whilst the child was in her care, she would go to prison. I know it's unlikely, and people can just say the person isn't getting paid for it, just a favour, etc etc and I know in other countries that's the way teenagers earn money, but in Dubai it is illegal. Just putting it out there in case you didn't know. The only safe way is to use an agency.

Hi all I am the resident of Dubai City. My husband has a big b**bs. I am now getting rid of that thing. We need to resolve that thing. If anyone had that surgery with no draw backs then we are ok with it. Does your husband actually want surgery? Perhaps it is just your choice of wording but it sounds more like it is YOU that has the problem, rather than your husband. Again, it may be just coming across wrongly, the typed word can be hard to express feelings, but you sound disgusted by your husband, calling his man-b00bs a "thing". I feel sad for him. Is it just that your husband is a little over weight and a bit of time in the gym or an overhaul of his diet may reduce the area or does he actually have a certified medical condition? ALL surgery, without exception, carries a certain amount of risk and all of it has drawbacks. Please have a think before you make your husband go through surgery, it is what is inside that counts, not his looks and surgery is quite likely not necessary.

I have heard from Doctors that I know that flu shot can cause neurlogical disorders, autism and other fatal illnesses. Please read below and read more about the dangers Here is an interview with the great Dr. Edward Group http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/dr-group-interview-alex-jones-truth-about-the-flu-shot/ David Icke talks about the flu shot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9cJhQUlU1c http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-153722/Mercury-flu-vaccine-linked-autism.html Just my humble tuppence worth on those links... Here is an interview with the great Dr. Edward Group http://www.globalhealingcenter.com/natural-health/dr-group-interview-alex-jones-truth-about-the-flu-shot/ [i'>[b'>The "great" Dr Edward Group?? He touts "The Green Body Cleanse", which is a total money spinning load of old tosh. Apparently you can learn how to "Reduce and eliminate toxins from your home, workplace, and body". What toxins exactly? The body does a great job of "cleansing" itself of "toxins". That's what lungs, liver, kidneys and bowels are for. If you have anything needing cleansing from your body that they, and a few glasses of water can't cope with, you need a real doctor not a book![/b'>[/i'> David Icke talks about the flu shot https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c9cJhQUlU1c [i'>[b'>He's just an opinionated ex footballer, sports broadcaster and conspiracy theorist, not a scientist with scientific proof, just his own ramblings.[/b'>[/i'> http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-153722/Mercury-flu-vaccine-linked-autism.html [i'>[b'>Scaremongering, sensationalist rag that states "A study by the American Institute of Medicine concluded that a link between thiomersal in vaccines and neuro- developmental disorders --including autism - was 'biologically plausible'." Biologically plausible? There are all sorts of things that are "plausible", that does not mean PROVED. [/b'>[/i'> I have yet to find a scientific study that PROVES there are any actual illnesses or conditions cause by the flu jab. As with anything, people can have adverse or allergic reactions, which is sad for those affected, but the lives that the flu jab could save out weighs that. People can have allergic, even fatal reactions to peanut. Should they be banned? Each to their own though, have it, don't have it, believe what you wish, everyone is entitled to that I guess.

Hi there, I think Reductil is great, I've been on just about everything, and Reductil is doing the best for me. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks now from http://meridiareductil.com. With diet and exercise, I have lost 4.5 kg. It is great and really curbs my hunger and cravings. I take it at 6am every morning and I still have enough energy to go home after work and do my 90 minutes of exercise. I'm starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin again and this is awesome. It's true that I have had a few side effects such as dry mouth and headaches but after the first week, these side effects subsided. I would recommend them to anyone seriously trying to lose weight. Along with diet and exercise it works perfectly. I thought Reductil was taken off the market as it was linked to heart problems and strokes? Any such medicine should be prescribed by a DR and the patient monitored on a regular basis as it is prescribed for Obesity Personally speaking I would never recommend someone buy an anti obesity drug which is a POM in most countries online. You are lucky that you haven't had any side effects however others may and some of them are awful Hi sorry not been around for a while well what can I say....[b'>Reductil Meridia[/b'> has been banned but is still available over the counter. Personally, I have nothing but great things to say about this product ! With the help of these pills I've lost 34 kg and have kept it off. I love seeing people that I haven’t seen in a while, because they all tell me how great I look, and ask me what my secret is… it is the best investment in myself I’ve ever made. I couldn’t be happier! haerin07, first you dredge up a four year old post in March of this year to say how much you like Reductil and where you buy it from and here you are again, a few months later, pushing a BANNED drug. Why? Reductil is banned for a reason, it is NOT SAFE. It should be banned too, if only because it's dangerous to leave the bathroom if you've had even the slight amount of fat in the past few days...!!!!

These are lovely things to remember when raising children. But one cannot certainly raise a genius, all children have different skills and strengths. Some children are born switched on to what school dictates to be admorable or g2nius qualities. The dux of my school was so very smart, his brother from the same upbringing was ridiculously troubled mentally so would never be able to reach the same targets. Well said, that is also an excellent point, although my daughter's language was/is certainly advanced for her age, her maths and science skills are, ahem, certainly not going to get her into the genius category! :D But the effort she puts in is what makes me proud, not the end grade. I also know siblings brought up exactly the same but with vastly differing educational abilities. And every single one of our children, genius or not, is gorgeous and will find their perfect spot in life...

Interesting, and I agree all those things help to make a more rounded child, developing important skills. However, I just have to ask.. isn't listening to words coming from the TV the same as hearing them from a real person?! I also have to admit my daughter watched TV from birth, anything from the cricket, the news to "educational" kids DVDs and Peppa ***, not constantly all day, but for several hours a day on an off throughout the day. So I Googled how many words a two year old should be able to say, it's about 50. Then I checked my records, by two years old my daughter was speaking 131 clear and distinct words... So I'm fairly sure that TV did not delay her language development. ;) In fact, I think due to the different accents and subjects she was listening to, I would say that the TV actually [i'>increased[/i'> her language development. Just sayin'... :D

In terms of the flat, the only thing added is the service charge on top of your regular bills. But as an owner you get a say in where the building spends that service charge (this is if you decide to actively partake in owners association meetings, etc). Have a look at [url=http://www.simonsholidays.in/international-holidays/dubai-tour-package/'>Dubai Tour Package[/url'> which you will certainly like. I am guessing that the original poster has made her decision as to whether to buy or not, seeing as this post is TWO years old!!! And as you are a brand new poster, I am also guessing that you are something to do with Dubai Tour package... I most certainly wouldn't like "Dubai Tour Package" if they can't pay for advertising!!

I can't advise really, but just wanted to say - check your medical cover VERY carefully. Travel medical doesn't usually cover someone actually LIVING in another country even if it is yearly cover, it is usually for limited trips abroad within that year. You may also find that the coverage is also more limited than a full, normal cover, and health care is very expensive if you don't have insurance to cover it. Yours might be fine, but just thought it worth mentioning.

It IS normal for men look at such things, just as it is normal for women to as well, haha! It is normal to admire the body of the opposite ***. If we didn't, well, we'd be extinct wouldn't we? :D Men are wired differently to women, they tend to be more visual creatures whereas women are more emotionally wired. I have no idea if my husband looks at such stuff, I am sure when I am not around he does and it doesn't bother me in the slightest. I wouldn't be happy if he started messaging other women though. Visually enjoying a good body is one thing, getting to know it is not. However if it upset me, I would just sit down and talk to him. Both parties have to be happy to build a happy marriage. What is right for one couple, in one culture, may not be acceptable in another. But in any marriage, whatever the problem, if one partner doesn't respect the other's feelings then there is a problem. Oh, and as a side note, at one time I used to work for a very large firm in Dubai and one of my jobs was to monitor internet usage and YES, a large amount of the men of all cultures and nationalities WERE looking at such pictures. Nice men, lovely, respectful and kind. And that was at WORK, so I can only imagine what goes on at home...!! Naive to think otherwise. ;):lol:

Why on earth are you ashamed, these things happen sometimes! Have you tried going to the pharmacy and getting an over the counter treatment? You shouldn't really need a trip to the doctor unless that hasn't worked. Also, until they are better I just paint them with a dark polish and voila, perfectly sun-worthy toes! At the moment I have two black and purple big toe nails due to a new pair of running shoes and I just use a nice dark nail polish and off I go! ;) Don't think my husband would notice my toes, fungal, black and purple or otherwise unless I put them under his nose, and I wouldn't do that because it would be a cruel and unusual punishment...!! But that's a whole other topic!

I am going to start being being honest. I diont know if the Brexit was the right or wrong thing to do! None of us has the ability to truly know what will happen tomorrow, next week or in 20 years time. All I want to see happen is for the people of the U.K. accept the decision and crack on repairing the country - it's been broken for a long, long time.... And they need to start by getting rid of the ridiculous nanny state! Some people are better off not working than actually having a job - how does that make sense? So called disabled people on disability benefit taking it from people who are actually disabled and need the help. Some people don't know the meaning of poor anymore; they think it means not being able to afford the best sky tv package or the latest Nike air max for their kids. Also, some of the people whining that they have had their jobs taken by immigrants have absolutely no interest in working anyway, it's just an excuse. We need to get back to basics and start fixing things and that starts with the welfare system. Totally agree, 100%! Nobbles for Prime Minister!! You get my vote!!

Green coffee is rich in antioxidants and as it contains caffeine may give you more energy to exercise but that's it. It will not increase your metabolism in any meaningful way and will certainly not burn fat. If that was true, everyone would drink it and there would be no overweight people. Please don't look for a quick fix, please just look at your diet and your current exercise regimen and adjust accordingly. Small changes in both can make all the difference. There are NO magic potions. It takes will power and work to lose weight, less calories in, more calories out, not a drink.

We stayed at The Casablanca hotel, small place literally just off Times Square. It's small but perfectly formed! The staff are amazing and really friendly. Heartily recommend it!

Just bumping this up for the wonderful and caring Izzy. If you don't have anything for her garage sale, you could always just contact the vets and pay a bit off Knut's bill. Even if you don't still live in Dubai, like me, they can send you their bank details and you can do a SWIFT transfer from a foreign account... it's dead easy, honest, took me about 5 minutes from start to finish and I'm a techno numpty! :D C'mon girls, we need to help people like Izzy so she can carry on helping animals. Most of us can't take in animals and she can't do it all herself. Just a few dirhams from a few of us can make a massive difference! :dog:

I've sent a message on their Facebook page, if you want to give them a nudge to check their messages... ;) Failing that I'm sure they will reply at some point! :D All the best with your fund raising efforts.

Bless you Izzy for doing such a kind thing, karma will come knocking I am sure. I am no longer in Dubai, but do you have a PayPal site or some way I can donate to you or even direct to the vet? I would love to help... Or can you even set up a GoFund or Just Giving kind of site..? I would love to help in some small way...

Hi Carrie, sorry I've only just seen your question and thanks for the kind words. I'm certainly no expert but I'm old ( ;) ) so I've learnt a few things along the way and learnt the hard way about some of the rubbish too... Weight lifting is brilliant for women, not only does it make you look good, it is good for bone density. You would have to work really, really hard to become bulky so no need to worry about that. I am guessing you are looking for muscle definition, commonly called the "toned" look. Your weight might not budge much, but because a kilo of muscle is smaller than a kilo of fat, you will lose inches. The best thing is to do a bit of both for overall fat loss. Cardio is probably the most effective in the shorter term, but for the best over all results a bit of both is good. Just cardio can result in something called "skinny fat", i.e., you really don't weigh that much, but you still have that wobbly, flabby look. Why not try weight lifting and see how you like it, some love it, some hate it. Of course, as they say, abs are made in the kitchen, so a good diet, full of all things in moderation is something to consider too. As for programmes, have a look out for New Rules of Lifting for Women, Stronglifts 5x5, or if you only have acces to dumbells have a look at : https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html. Don't be put off with the photo of the big chap at the top of the website, you won't end up like that!! :D Of course, if you can afford a personal trainer, they should be even better for your individual needs! I would also point you in the direction of My Fitness Pal (www.myfitnesspal.com). It's free, great for calorie counting if that's something you also want to do and it really is a great source of information on the various forums (in "Community"). It's quite often a source of hilarious entertainment too. ;) There are a lot of really good experts on there and also lots of new people asking loads of really relevant questions. All the very best!

Can I ask what you are expecting the "detox" to detox your body from? If you have a working liver, kidneys etc then you don't need anything else. If you don't have those things, then you need a doctor not Jason Vale... If you actually have a chemical that you have ingested too much of and need to detox from, then the hospital is the place to go. Sorry to be harsh, but it upsets me to think people actually conned into thinking that the "Lose up to 5lbs in just 3 days with Jason Vale’s 3-Day Juice challenge app" is going to actually help them lose weight or make them anything but hungry and unable to leave the bathroom. If you are having juice as part as a healthy diet then great, go ahead and enjoy, but juicing everything removes the necessary fibre which the body needs. You may well lose 5lbs in three days, but most of that will be water weight and simply the fact that you are barely eating any calories! The moment you start eating normally again you will put the weight and possibly more, right back on. As for the 5:2, it's just a way of eating, if it suits you and fits in with your day to day plans then great. You just eat 500 calories of normal food on two days out of the week (not consecutively) and the other five, just at maintenance.

If you can't get someone, could you not just get a travel cot and pop your little one in that wherever you are if they are not sleeping in their own cot at the time you need to shower etc? That's what I did with my little one, that way they can watch what you are up to and you would be right there to talk to them etc. Might be cheaper in the long run too. :)

I find exercise really helps with the cramps. Some gentle swimming or walking if you aren't too much into exercise would suffice. At night I take Mefanamic acid, but that requires a prescription.

181 views and not ONE message of condolence for all those who were killed in this tragic accident? My heart is literally breaking for the families of the people involved in this tragedy. I am ex-cabin crew. Putting a condolence comment on ExpatWoman does not make it hurt less.
