Hi, You can also go through a broker, some of them are very helpful, they will provide you with all the quotes and you have to select one, however if you are looking to opt for the basic insurance for visa purposes only, you can get the basic one. A good broker I worked with is Luke from Pacific Prime t +971 (0) 42 793 805 m +971 (0) 52 985 1765 And also a lady called Maya at NGI Insurance, 042115800, they have really good rates for comprehensive and basic insurance policies. I personally didn't like AXA, too high a load and their customer service is poor. Good Luck.

Hi I think it would be best to contact an insurance broker and ask them as they may have many companies they are dealing with. However I do know that once you buy a new insurance policy (if you haven't had insurance before) they request a wait period before becoming pregnant, of approximately 6 - 12 months, if you get pregnant during the wait period, insurance will not cover pregnancy. It's best to check with insurance companies. Good luck

My daughter will be going for an assessment for FS1 at Regent International School. Can anyone give me ny feedback about the school, the teachers and all the positives or negatives about the school. Any feedback will be highly appreciated. And if anyone can tell me what the assessment is about, that would also be great. Thank you.

They are 2 opposite sides of town. 1 factor you really need to consider is which one is closer to you. You are surely right... We live close to the marina, hence regent is better by location however I would like to know which is better by education. Thank you

Thanks ladies after a lot of searching I ended up buying l'occitaine and I am glad I did, it feels great on my skin. :) Which L'Occitane did you end up purchasing? I ended up buying the immortelle range, so far it feels great.

Hi Mariana, We live in JBR, however i dont have much of a problem with regards to the commute if its a really good school. As for curriculum, i ned to understand the difference between them, i myself studied under the british curriculum, however for my daughter we are leaning more towards the IB curriculum. And the main issue is AVAILABILITY as it seems in all the schools in Dubai

Hello, My daughter is turning 3 in November, and we had the same thing at the Nursery last week, first day she was fine, next they called me at 9:00 am and i had to pick her up. It went on for around a week, but fortunately now its fine. I think you need to try to take it gradually with him. What i did in the first few days is i was staying with her for almost an hour, and playing with her, then one day i told her that i had to leave her because i was going to the doctor/pharmacy to get some meds, and that i will be back for her, then i went back after a little while, and so on. Staying a little in the morning and picking her up early, it took a week of that until she went through a whole day from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Just try it with him gradually. I hope it works our well for you and him. Good luck:)
