Had Currybox lunch box once - was very decent and a lot of food for a super reasonable price. Would definitely order again, although my all time favorite Indian delivery continues to be Sukh Sagar.

For physiotherapy I highly recommend Miffy from Physiocentre in DHCC. Amazing results, super professional, knows what she's doing. http://physiocentre.ae edited by Deckname on 29/05/2011

Saw their poster in DHCC building 49, looks great but upon checking the website I'm really not sure- if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is... Anyone has ever tried this programme?

Hey! Same problem here, suffering from migraines since I was a kid. They got much worse during puberty and with most pills I tried. But then a doctor gave me Cerazette (you can get it in Dubai in most pharmacies without prescription) and the migraine got a lot better. He told me it's the only estrogen-free pill and that many girls with migraine problems can't take estrogen-based pills because they aggravate the headache. Ever since then I still have migraines from time to time, but they're not related to the pill anymore, only to other factors (irregular sleeping pattern etc.).

I felt very sorry for the poor residents who actually had to live there. I remember telling DH what if someone were to have a medical emergency on a weekend or need to get home quick? This street SHOULD be closed off for residents and owners only. Nightmare. On this note- we were on the Walk last weekend with some guests. Had lunch in the Butcher's Grill watching the beach when people starting screaming and there was commotion. Someone came running into the restaurant asking if there was a doctor and a guy went with him. They were also on the phone calling for an ambulance. 30 minutes (!) later an ambulance came, making its way through the traffic jam of inconsiderate drivers who didn't make room. But even the helicopter coming shortly afterwards didn't help... we heard that someone had drowned on the beach. I don't know whether or not the late arrival of the ambulance made any difference to survival in this particular case. However, if it had been a heart attack or a stroke or something where every second matters, 30 minutes for an ambulance car and helicopter is a death penalty...
