Yes, we tried osteopathy, but to be honest, I didn't see any real improvement. We went for 3 sessions. I'm really not a fan of medication either, but I much prefer to see him a happy baby, rather than screaming in pain. Did Dr Kathrin say why she wants to take her off the Nexium so quickly? I will ask our doc when we go for next appointment what her thought are

Hi IIeeaa, I wouldn't be in a rush to stop giving it to your little lady if its working for her - I know friends who's little ones were on Nexium for over 1 year. My little man is taking it for over 1 month now and his doc doesn't have any immediate plans to take him off it. He is a different baby since he started to take it. How is your little lady doing? What doc are you taking her to?

Hi Ileeaa, My little man is also taking 10mg nexium daily. It has worked wonders for him. I mix it with 10ml water and then use a syringe to give it to him. He sucks it back, loves the taste of it. He's a totally different baby since he started to take it. Good luck!

@ Madge_Gustard, You mentioned that the landlord can ONLY evict you for one of the four reasons stated above and ONLY after giving you 12 months' notice from the end of your current contract........ I only moved into my apartment 1 month ago and already the landlord wants to kick me out as he wants to sell. I understand he needs to give me 1 year notice, but is that from now, or from the end of my current contract (1 year notice from Oct 2014?) Thanks!

You don't have to move out unless it says "non-renewable" This is important, so I will put it in bold - [b'>non-renewable contracts are NOT legal in Dubai and the Rent Committee does not recognise them.[/b'> In fact, I will say it one more time, because the message doesn't seem to be getting across - [b'>non-renewable contracts are NOT legal in Dubai and the Rent Committee does not recognise them.[/b'> If a LL wishes to evict you, s/he CANNOT do it by means of a non-renewable contract. There are four (not three) specific reasons for eviction, and they must provide you with 12 months' notice from the end of your current contract, stating the reason that applies in your case. The four reasons are: demolition, renovation, LL or first-degree family member moving in (having proved that they have no alternative accommodation), and selling. As has been said, the clause that states that renewal is "at the discretion of the landlord" or similar is a completely standard clause that is in [u'>everybody's[/u'> contract. Legally, it changes nothing. The LL can ONLY evict you for one of the four reasons stated above and ONLY after giving you 12 months' notice from the end of your current contract.
