hi, I am about to sign a contract to move to NBH 3, but i have read so many reviews about Emicool, wich are really alarming, so right now i am not sure if it is good idea to sign my contract or not.
Could anybody tell me more or less how much is the monthly payment for 1 bedroom appartment, and how does the load charge work. this is because i am very confused and the agent hasnt told us anything about it. actually he said we just need to pay the consumption and the deposit, but we called emicool and they told us a different story :(.
