My uncles brother was a jail head. Prisoners tend to have their own ways of dealing with pedophiles. It includes a broom, barb wire and karma. Like button again please :)

FYI for anyone heading to the airport, you will see all the road signs have the pic of an aeroplane on them. You just follow the pics and when you get closer choose from T1, T2, or T3. I would go SZR and Garhoud bridge. It is one long road from JLT, how could she get lost??? Well this seems the most sensible route looking at the map, I don't know why her friend told her to use the other route.

Don't bother driving to the airport - get her friend or herself to get the metro - easy peasy ;) I thought there wasnt a metro station in terminal 2

Actually I just spoke to her now, it seems I got it wrong, she's never had driving experience anywhere else. She's only been driving for 4 months! Izzy, where did you buy the map?

Actually Izzy I'm asking because my friend took the directions and got so lost and confused, it took her about 2 hours to get to the airport where she had a bad accident. I was wondering about the directions, whether they were really the best directions to give a new Dubai driver, however experienced elsewhere...

Hmmm, my friend was told completely different directions. Which is why I've asked. She was told to go right into Hessa st from SZR, onto Al Khail road, through festival city, into rebat street and through the airport tunnel.

Not unless my salary was about 4-500k ($) a year, as half gets taken by tax. Then the rest is spent on fuel (2.50 a litre) and groceries v expensive. Lovely in summer but winter is cold

Constipation can definately contribute to this. Its poison in your body.it must be eliminated. Drink lots of water and the psyllium husks will help.eat plenty of veggies :-) Vinegar really works.also great to spray on ur clothes armpits 20 mins before u throw in washing machine, gets rid of smell.

Thank you so so much ladies for unerstanding my problem and not making me feel awkward..God Bless you all. I will try the apple cider vinegar to clean and keep under my armpits... and baking soda to keep the area dry instead of using powder as i have tried powder. Also The chlorophyll tablets - hopefully no side effects :( and will try chewing parsley I wud love to see a homeo/herbal person...i dont know where to get silica tablets from..can anyone advice or do i have to go to a homeopath? Nothing but beneficial side effects from chlorophyll tabs. If you've ever seen a cat chewing on grass because she is sick, its the chlorophyll she is getting from the grass. It cleanses and purifies the blood and your system parsley tabs good too, esp for bad breath. More affordable than wheatgrass juice, which has the same thing, chlorophyll. Good luck, let us know how u go. I remember how it feels xx

I swear by CHLOROPHYLL, I had this problem as a teen really bad. Was lucky to strike a pharmacist who told me to try it. It cleans the blood. After 2 wks, no more odour. U can buy it in tablet form. I aslo used to soak tissues in vinegar and squash them into my armpits for half an hour. It used to get the smell out of my skin. Try the chlorophyll tabs. Its also good for u in general anyway.

We got a Mio Classic 500 from Carrefour, works a treat, I don`t go anywhere without it! I`m also prone to getting lost, sometimes long for easy Cape Town roads :) The Mio really is good, you do need to update on the net every 6 months or so to keep up with road changes here. Inex, do you remember how much it was, roughly? And when you update changes on the net do you have to pay, if so, how much?

Thanks Amy Aus, I ended up opting for "This handbook is authorized by the Committee and any substantial changes thereof can be made only with its approval" As the word Committee is singular - it's an entity. But your suggestions are better, I think.

I feel for you Nadiya, my husband has this problem. He takes Metamucil and Daflon tablets (to reduce bleeding I think as he's a chronic bleeder). He's also cut out white starches completely and noticed a difference with constipation. Magnesium tablets taken with vitamin a squeeze of lemon juice (the vit c activates the magnesium) is also good for constipation. I have no idea what to suggest for the itching :(. to keep the area dry, you could try some antiseptic powder. I cant remember the name of it, but it's a powder in a tube, it's antiseptic and keeps anything dry. I use it for cuts under band aids to stop the band aid sticking to the wound. I really wish you luck finding a solution, I cant imagine...

I think what Singarosa's point is, is that the U.S. is not the centre of the universe. There are other people out there, other countries, that suffer far worse tragedies at the hands of other nations (let's not name them), and yet their tragedies are not commemorated like the 9/11 tragedy. It's like the rest of the world doesn't exist. RIP to all the innocent victims, but in my humble opinion I believe ultimately they are victims of their own government's foreign policy.

Sunlight, I have some fresh from Beirut. I work in Jafza. Is there somewhere we can meet soon so I can give you some? If not by tomorrow, I will have to freeze it to keep it fresh, but we do that anyway, chuck it in the microwave whenever we have a craving

I'm a bit confused about how to take Neurobion. It says in a leaflet, it should be taken 3 times a day, so in the evenings too. But a pharmacist told me only one pill a day... I was taking 2 a day, one in the morning and one at night, but am now only taking one in the morning. I guess if you wanted to, you could take one in the morning and one midday. not sure how valid this guys advice was about not taking it at night.

Sun and salt water are a miracle cure for psoriasis. I actually thought I wouldnt have any flare ups here because of the weather, but it is actually to hot to go to the beach half of the time, lol. Dead sea salt in your bath and a little sunning on the balcony can do the trick! I havent tried the vitamine D cream, let me know how that goes. Where do you get your dead sea salt? I cant really get to the beach that much, so this sounds like a good alternative.

I tried Magnesium Citrate for the first time 2 nights ago and it knocked me out!! I'm a long term insomniac and am taking various other supplements to help me sleep but this one really helped. Neurobion, taken in the morning can be good for anxiety. It's a vit b complex. And I take Melatonin, which you can get at GNC. Vit B complex might be a good idea. I used to take Berocca (also Vit B complex) before, but forgot about it. Thanks for the reminder! Yes, apparently it is an anti-anxiety med. I was taking it at night, but then advised by the guy in the Nutrition Zone store only to take them in the morning. If that fails, try the Mag Cit. I was simply amazed!!

Thanks KenzaB. About the shut eye - I ended up trying magnesium citrate and it knocked me out like never before!! I've only been on it two nights, but so far, so good :D I did a bit of reading and heard you can rub vit D cream into your nails. Should I give this a try? Is vaseline the best thing? Yes it's in my toenails too. It's so ugly :/ Salt water?
