M&S, Debenhams in MOE, Mothercare....but unfortunately for mothercare ones are a bit uncomfortable. M&S in terms of comfort are brilliant.

Hi ladies, Im using huggies for him. Kiwispers....i don't use nappy cream at night, im pretty sure I put his nappy on properly, it's very heavy when I change it so there is a lot of wee in it.... and thank u for the willy tip....didnt pay attention to that. .... not very obvious for me ? Dangerous blonde......I might have to try the active boy as I honestly don't want to change his nappy at night but when I feel his clothes are wet I can't ignore it ....I feel bad for the lil one. Will active boy fit him since he's only 4 months old?

thats true...i would feel guilty about leaving him in a nappy for such a long time. Sigh....i'll try changing before feeding but he will scream the place down in hunger. I guess i will just have to presevere and he will adjust to it and decide to sleep soon after. Thanks X

Ok so here goes.....my little boy is 4 months old and for the life of me i cannot change his nappy at night without waking him up and then he stays awake for a couple of hrsss :( and i need to change him becz his nappy leaks and his clothes are wet and i cant let him continue sleeping like that. im trying to push back his bed time so last night he fed and went to bed at 10 (its late i know), then woke up at 12:30 for a feed, went back to sleep and then woke up again at 4 30 for a feed again. after i fed him i thght i shud change his nappy becz he had been wearing it for the last 7 hours.....and guess what...the minute i unbuttoned his sleepsuit he woke up wide alert!....i hadn't even come close to taking his nappy off....and then i found out it had already leaked so i had to end up changing his clothes too....result was he stayed awake from 4:30 to 6:15 .....i was almost in tears from sleep deprivation :( What do i do? I need some help and advice pls. One thought that came to mind was to put on the plastic underwear cover sort of thing you get in babyshop over his nappy at night but then i dont want him to be uncomfortable does anyone have any other ideas plss Thank u

Thank you ladies....I did in the end actually email Dubai customs and ask them. The reply was 'Its ok' as long as I carry an invoice....whatever they mean by that :p My translation of the answer was: I'm allowed :)

Hi all, I am travelling back from the UK with my 2 month old baby. He is on combine feed and since the UK Aptamil 1 RTF cartons suit him I am planning to bring back lotssssss of the small cartons in my suitcase to last me a couple of months atleast before I introduce him to the powdered formula. I know you get Aptamil cartons in Dubai as well but the formulation is slightly different and I don't want to take the risk and change him over unless absolutely necessary. My questions is: would Dubai customs stop me for bringing in so many cartons of Aptamil. Am I likely to get in trouble?? Thanks

I am travelling with British Airways and will gate check my buggy at Heathrow. Wanted to know from the travelling mums if at Dubai airport I will get the buggy at the door of the plane or somewhere near the luggage belt. I hope I don't have to carry my baby in my lap and the bags and do the horrendously long airport walk. Also would anyone know if I am allowed to take a carry cot in place of a cat seat. I have the Maclaren XLR with the carry cot and an hoping they will allow me to take that in place of the car seat. Has anyone successfully managed to travel with a carrycot? Thanks

Hi all, Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to bring back from UK that might not be easily available in Dubai or much more expensive. Thanks X
