i'm fairly positive that the admin can't help with your personal issues with your sponsor... the best thing to do would be to speak this out with your sponsor... heart to heart... face to face and explain to them how your relationship is not just a fling but something that has been going on for the past four years and hence you both are now serious about getting married to each other... i'm not sure what documents you need from your sponsor to be able to get married... it's probably just an NOC but first check with both your consulates (or if you are christian then the church minister) as to what documents are required to process the marriage certification... all the best

it would probably be best to post in your school's parent community or facebook group as they would have active members from the same school and maybe you'll find one that lives in your area... alternatively some parents do use UBER / CAREEM / RTA SAFE HANDS as chauffered pickup/dropoff services ... in my understanding this would only work if you had a maid/nanny to accompany them with the driver also have a word with STS (School Transport Services) ... they might be willing to pool your kids into a bus that was doing a trip from Oud Metha to the same area in Umm Suqeim but to another nursery or school... there are private drivers / carpool services (not legal though) that many parents use but this would need to be done on your own risk

i luv the tshirt material maxi dresses from Dorothy Perkins... i usually buy online but i presume they are also available in their dubai stores such as Debenhams [url=http://www.dorothyperkins.com/en/dpuk/product/dresses-203543/view-all-dresses-2523253/black-t-shirt-maxi-dress-4653346?bi=0&ps=20'>link[/url'> Alternately, you can order from NEXT DIRECT and they deliver to your door in three days... [url=www.nextdirect.ae '>link[/url'> i prefer not to buy 'maternity dresses' but just normal dresses that i would still be able to use afterwards... this works especially well for the first 7 months of pregnancy when you can grow into it... look for styles that don't fit at the waist such as 'shirt dresses' 'aline dresses' 'shift dresses' etc Thanks for the suggestion. I am still waiting for a debenhams sale here. I'll check out online and also Next direct. Next direct is a local business? and how is their return policy? for NextDirect you would need to return to their UK address... and it's quite efficient... the best part is the within 3 day delivery... things get here so quickly!

Hong Kong is lovely... we've been there with our kids... we clubbed a few days in HongKong and then also had some adult fun (casinos, etc.) in Macau... all in all a fab holiday... not sure what the weather is like at this time of the year... we had been in October (around Halloween) and it was a bit rainy but coming from the desert we loved it! In HongKong we did Disneyland and OceanWorld. The Disneyland in HK is very apt for young kids for the following reasons: - small and easy to walk around - no long queues for rides or photo opps with characters - quite affordable to stay in a Disney hotel so got lots of theming and meal opportunities with the characters I should have my itinerary around somewhere if you would like to go through it!

I'm with Dr. Jennifer (she shares her workload with Dr. Britt) and they are both at Mediclinic City Hospital... i'm very happy with them... With regards to your insurance cover, Dr. Elsa's clinic is on a pay and claim for most insurance providers... best to check with your insurance provider... she does deliver at the City Hospital

would your friend be open to Indian food? if so our family owns a restaurant in sharjah (25 yr old establishment) that can offer you a live indian bbq station and live indian bread station where kebabs/tikkas/rotis are cooked live in a tandoor oven and served to guests... for the live station we have options from AED 75/- per head... alternatively if you only want a standard buffet with around 6-7 dishes we can do that for AED 55/- per head... let me know if you want more info

yes the easiest solution really would be for her to leave to her home country but since you explained that you require her to be around till her contract ends in April, the best thing for all of you now would be to take her to a relatively inexpensive hospital... honestly places like Iranian hospital or Aster or Dr. Joseph's really wont set you back that much for a couple of consultations and some xrays/bloodwork/scans, etc.

having two children in primary school my choice of school would be based on the following factors: - location of school (i personally wouldn't want my young children in a car or bus ride longer than 20minutes during the school runs) - fees at the schools (the two schools you mentioned have almost a 10K fee difference between them)

it's still only AED 50 to request for a photo... probably worth it keeping in mind that your fine is 4000dhs and not just 200 or 400dhs

why not go to one of the less expensive private clinics... Prime Medical or Dr. Josephs? consultation fees is usually under AED 100 to see a specialist there... and then you would only pay for the resulting treatments/meds etc which would also be slightly cheaper than the more expensive places

I use my UAE credit card for all my online shopping (UK, US, Canada, etc)... I've only ever had a problem with some US stores but then I just use my Paypal account for those... With the UK stores like Debenhams, M&S, etc. I just list my billing address same as the shipping address (which is a UK based MyBox Postaplus address)... so perhaps ur card is being rejected because the address is a UAE based billing address?

i've compared prices and the uk store still has wayyyy better prices and styles... so now i just turn location services off and still browse the UK site, buy from there and get it MyBoxed here... i've used the UAE site for their Click & Collect the first week they started it and it was a nightmare coz they took over an hour to locate the item in spite of calling me to tell me that all items were at the reception... then they wer ehaving issues setting it up on their POS system... anyway long story short i would rather just get it online from the UK

why not specifically request for them to use the 'cap' method instead of the 'foil' method... though it does also depend on your length of hair... the cap method is most preferred for shorter lengths alternatively why not try the balyage method... colour sweeping as they call it... more natural!

hi ... congratulations! do you know how far along you are? as in how long since your last period? most gynecologists won't see you till at least 8weeks since your last period (as the first antenatal visit)... but if you just want to confirm the pregnancy via a blood test you could either take a normal ob/gyn appointment (that would set you back around 250-300 if you're not covered by insurance) or then visit a lab for a test.

why not try the Fetal Medical Centre in Dubai Healthcare City... the doctor there Dr. Ulrich is a male doctor but he is very kind and gentle and he explains the procedure very patiently. The machines they have there are very sophisticated and hence they are often used for early scans, NT scans, genetic screening, etc. when the doctor comes in make it very clear that you do not want your legs up in stirrups and i'm positive he will comply... all the best and wishing u lots of baby dust!

Hi... I'm a wedding planner and I'm happy to recommend few photographers that I work actively with (and in order of preference): (1) Melrish Photography & Videography (2) Candid Kama Photography (3) Eugene Santos Photography & Videography I know of their packages but I don't think it's fair on them to disclose this on a public forum... I'd suggest you get in touch with them directly and mention date of wedding, duration required etc. so that they can custom make a package for you.

i'd suggest removing your nationality from your resume... get in the front door for the interview first... at least then they stand a chance of talking to you in person before deciding against you just based on the nationality mentioned on the resume

the best thing to do would be to book a meeting directly with the school principal/head and explain your situation... be sure to mention points like: - how long you have been at school - how you have made all payments on time so far and then state exactly what you are looking for: - discount on fees for terms 2 &3 of this academic term (and perhaps term 1 of the next academic term) the school is not obliged to do this for you but they might consider it on compassionate grounds... you can only hope to appeal to their goodwill! alternatively, also keep in mind that realistically dubai does look like its headed for another recession... even the government themselves seem to be downsizing departments and outsourcing roles (as per the Gulf News)... so as tough as it might be you should probably look at the situation realistically and consider shifting her to a British curriculum school with lower fees (some of the other ones such as Al Diyafah, StMarys, Cambridge, Dubai Gem) all only have annual schools fees in the range of 11K-15K mark.

both have their pros and cons... why don't you go for an initial consultation to both (and perhaps even try BourneHall)... you will be able to get a feel for the clinic, the doctors and their processes during your visit... after that it will just boil down to which one you are most comfortable with

my daughter is only 9 but she's on the 'bigger' side as well... so what we usually do is shop at stores such as Koton, H&M, New Look, etc. but choose their XS size from their adult range and she quite comfortably fits into them... why not give those stores a look... they're quite trendy and not too heavy on the wallet either... for the bra fitting service M&S and Debenhams have always been my go-to places...

firstly i must commend you on your noble intentions... good on you for considering this option to grow your family... adopting a child can be quite a complex process and often involves a substantial amount of costs and paperwork... i personally know a few families who have gone through this process but they were Indian Christians and they preferred to adopt children of similar origin... so unfortunately theirs is the only process that I am aware of... on average it took around a year... and they all adopted children under the age of 2. perhaps some others on here would be able to give you more advise specifically on the procedure for your specific situation... hope this becomes a reality for you soon... God bless
