so much pressure now on the indian team... 3 down... not looking good... i hope our bowlers up their game and manage to save the day The regular wickets have really dented India. They need Rohit Sharma to step up the tempo. Is there a good hair salon that opens at 9am? Prefer old Dubai area (not Marina/JLT). Its for a haircut. there is a salon in the Park & Shop complex called Hairworks (i think) that opens quite early like 8 or 9am

have a look at The Terraces 100 villas in Jumeirah 2... its 170K 3 bedroom plus maids room and a reasonable sized garden... great maintenance, great community, old villas but very well maintained... no shared facilities though... but we do have the beach close by... the management company is Deira Tower Real Estate...

in dragonmart they have a shop called CANOE Fzco... they stock mostly wooden toys and party items... the owner's name is Betty Chen and you can reach her on 050-6875286 or 04-4245843 ... I have a whole card index full of business cards of shops at Dragonmart coz I frequently go there to source out stuff for my events... the shop location number in Dragonmart is HBM 06-07 probably best to call them and check if they have a lion costume before venturing out there... they seemed to have many animal type costumes but i can't remember specifically if i saw a lion one... the costumes are priced at AED 30-AED 50

my daughter's bday always falls around Easter time so one year we did an Easter themed party for her bday... the egg hunt was a big part of the celebrations... the group consisted mostly of 6year old children... I prefilled eggs and asked all the children to bring in a basket or bag to help them collect stuff. We held it in the community park so just went around hiding eggs behind trees, in between shrubs, under the slide, in the sand, etc and the kids just went manic for 20-30 minutes hunting for these eggs. I wouldn't say any of them got equal numbers of eggs to take back home but I had a bag of spare filled eggs in case we had any children that weren't able to find enough! would you be looking for decorations? I have lots of large foam eggs, paper egg and rabbit cutouts, some bunting, etc. Happy to let you have the whole pack for AED 40/- if you're interested please mail me on [email protected]

I have lots of props at home that I'd gladly lend you... I also have some wooden blackboard speech bubble shapes... i don't live in THE VILLA though... Nearly all the three and four star hotels in barsha have smallish meeting rooms that would be perfect for a group of children... look into Holiday Inn barsha, Ibis Barsha, Gloria Hotel TECOM, etc. all the best!

can you give me an idea of your location or which locality you would prefer to have this party... it would then be easier to narrow down the suggestions depending on your budget, contact the a particular grade of hotel and then ask to book their meeting room... meeting rooms at hotels are capable to accommodating 15-30 people subject to setup style so you really just need to pick from the are and star rating of hotel you are specifically looking for

Hello !, Any idea if they have opened up the immigration process for sponsoring a Nepali maid in Dubai ? I am looking for one and getting mixed information about it . Also , if anyone has any contacts of a Nepali maid already in UAE , would be great too ! as far as i know they are still banned... immigration in UAE has no issues with it and they will still issue maid visa... it's the actual nepali embassy that has an issue with it... they wont let them exit via kathmandu... anyway like all situations, there are always loopholes... i know an agent in dubai who can get nepalese maids out of nepal... bit expensive but friends have used him and in the long run they do save quite a bit coz the salary you pay a nepali maid is a lot lesser than you would technically shell out per month for say a filipino... anyway if u need the agent's name and number ping me on [email protected]

hi St2703... what size are you? i have a couple of gowns (each worn just once for a special occassion) in an assortment of sizes - 20, 18, etc. happy to let you buy them off me if you are okay with having a pre-loved item... but if you are looking for a brand new one look at Monsoon or Debenhams... both these places do lovely gowns that go upto size 22 -24

are you looking for a woman's suit or men's suit? G2000 have VERY reasonably priced ones and they are pretty much on sale all the time... alternatively the Pierre Cardin stores are also always on sale and if you're an average size it's quite easy to nab something there... for rentals - have a look at this option ... men's suits can be hired from Murad Boutique Men’s Wear which is upstairs in the Al Ghazal Shopping Mall

not sure if you would consider it but also have a look at Royal Brunei... we've used them before for both flights to UK and Australia and found their rates and service levels to be exemplary... nothing beats Asian hospitality for sure! only drawback for the Royal Brunei flights are the lack of inflight alcohol (so that could be a deal breaker for some)

Try Creative Minds on Umm Suqeim, they have two huge shops beside each other, one for crafts (you might find embellishments there) and one for supplies (stickers etc). Be forewarned, your wallet will take a huge hit in that place. thanks... will take a look there sometime today... was hoping that someone had seen something somewhere for a steal

Yes I went for a consultation where I was quoted 12k. Decided to try the clean 9 instead and FIT program instead which is a 69 day weight management program total cost for the 69 days was 2800. I've gone from a size 22 to 18 in 3 weeks I feel great am not hungry at all and get 1 to 1 support from the lady who sold it to me whenever I need it. TBO I've tried everything out there and this is easy to follow at no stage am I hungry or craving anything and it's got rid of my diet soda addiction.
