Sky tower is being in the market for more than 1 year so most of the units are taken, in marina square, lots of new units in the market with landlords wanted to rent quick, also different landlords expect different rents. I think finishes are the same but Sky has larger flats and more amenities.

I wonder the same. I checked for 2 adult tickets to Colombia in economy class and I got 120K with one leg in business class only, I tried some other times and I get between 30K and 60K economy, are they serious???,. I can get tickets with other ailines for around 15K both. I just have a laugh looking at those prices.

It is normal, he is still very small, my baby was the same, babies need to eat frequently. My baby is 9 months old and still wakes up at night. No good news, but what to do, some babies are like that. I also work, and I understand your situation but you will get used to it, no point to fight. I just decided to breasfeed my baby everytime he wakes up and try to sleep again quick. Also, very normal for the babies to have reflux, there is no need of medications unless it is really bad, it will go away at 6-7 months.

I think you should go for natural but if there is a small complication or you are ask to be induced, go for the c-section. I was very keen on a natural delivery, extremely, I didnt even want an epidural, but during the last week of pregnancy the liquid went down, and I was induced at 41 weeks, I would have said not to be induced but the liquid was down and I got bells palsy 2 days before being induced. Being induced was the worst thing, I suffered so much, people come to check for dilation, and do internal exam which is horrible , the contractions extremly painful, I got swept, got induced with the pill and then with pitocin which it felt like I was being tortured, and I only dilated 3 cms after like 36 hours of pain, so I had to be rushed to an emergency c-session as they could not find liquid either. In few words, i wish I could have done an elective c-section, i would have saved so much energy which I needed for my baby and to recover from bell's palsy. So much suffering because I really wanted a natural delivery and I ended up with a c-section and totally exhausted and traumatized, even my husband cried when after 36 hours I was only 3 cms dilated. edited by imolinar on 14/06/2012

Yesterday night we took a flight Vienna-Doha-Abu Dhabi, and one bag is missing, the people here in AD dont seem to know anything, and it seems the bag got lost in Doha. The bag has all my baby stuff, including sterilizer, and my breast pumps, I am desperate to get the bag back. Does anyone know anyone at the airport or Qatar airways that can help?. Thanks a lot

Be ready to leave around 120-150 ml per feed, that's what my baby used to take at that age.

tricky, but I told my maid I would send her homefor holidays, I wont allow anyone staying back, I think it can be a disaster, you never know whta they can do, unless she stays back working for you as usual, and gets pay the month off and ticket. Doesnt she have family back home?

I think the easiest but expensive it is going to an agency. They usually have CVs of maids, and some have already experience with twins. My colleague got one for his twins like that. The agency is in Abu Dhabi but I am sure there are more in Dubai. also, you usually get a warranty, if the maid does not work, you can get another one. Good luck.

My 7 month old cries if I don’t sleep with him and with the breast in his mouth. Everything started like a snow ball. I put him to sleep on his crib at 1 month, he was fine, he would wake up hungry at 2 am and I would feed him formula, I got tired of making formula and pumping since I work full time, so I decided to breastfeed him at 2 am, I started to bring him to my bed to breastfeed him, but that meant that he would wake up more frequent as he would fall asleep on the breast and didn’t drink enough. Anyways, I would put him back in his crib and it was fine. Then, he started to teeth and wake up more frequent so I decided to bring him to breastfeed in my bed and leave him sleeping with me till next day as I have health problems and work full time and I need to rest and sleep properly. I used to put him to sleep at 7-8 pm breastfeeding in my bed till he slept then I would transfer him to his crib till he woke up at around 2 am when he would stay in my bed till morning. However, a few days ago, as soon as I put him in his crib at 8 pm he wakes up and starts crying so hard, or he starts waking up every 30 minutes crying so I have to BF him again, and it continues, but if I leave him in my bed he is fine, so now he is sleeping in my bed all the time and does not want the crib. I don’t know if we are creating a bad habit that will be hard to break later. I would like to sleep train him on his own bed which would mean night weaning, but I have health problems and sleep is very necessary for my recovery, if he sleeps with me I barely wake up at night as he easily breastfeeds. What to do?. Would be hard to break the habit later?

If money is an issue I would wait till everything resolves, having extra stress due to money during pregnancy is not recommended.

Actually the only TV he watches is nursery rhymes videos as sometimes he gets restless, does not want to play and this is the only thing that calms him down. He loves it, or sometimes he watches some baby videos. I will use the high chair for now. Thank you

I also wanted to put my baby in a nursery or with a live-out nanny, but later I realized the best thing is a live-in, a good one!. I got a nice nanny. If you put the baby in a nursery the baby wont have the 1-1 care that is needed at such young age, plus you have to come home to clean and cook, my nanny does everything for me, so I can spend time with my baby when I reach home, or she can stay with him if I have to quickly go somewhere.

My baby is 7 months old, and I am starting to get concern about his safety when sitting. I have a bouncer seat but he is starting to sit up straight and moves forward to pick up things from the floor so I am scared it may tilt. Also, I have a bumbo seat but the baby keeps arching back while setting and I am scared it may tilt and he may break his neck. Yesterday, I left him alone for 1 minute, and I found him out the bumbo seat and crawling, fortunately he did not get hurt. So, where do I put my baby to sit comfortable and safe?. Any tips?. Thank you

I am also curious to hear more. I give mine some cereal in the morning, only 3-4 teaspoons, he enjoys the cereal, I also use Organix, why do you say it is not going well?. In the afternoons I give him half smash banana/carrot/apple. The doctor told me to try to give him more veggies instead. He is still taking milk every 3 hours during the day, and BF on demand at nigth. Still waking up 1-3 times :( edited by imolinar on 03/04/2012

We live in AD and flying to Vienna thru Austrian Airlines which provides free limo service from AD. I dont know whether they provide a baby car seat, so I am thinking I may have to take it, if they dont, but I dont want to take it to the trip as we will only be using trains and buses. Is there anywhere at Dubai airport to leave it stored?. Thank you
