Is the spice souq really close to the gold souq? I thought it was a drive! The area right at the end of banyas road opposite the creek isn't that the spice souq? Then you drive to the fish market and gold souq is opposite it? They are right next to each other-a couple of minutes walk at most with a few textile shops between-the spice market is closer to the Creek So what is the area close to the fish market near hyatt regency? Lots of gold shops amoung others.

I will be happy to accompany you there to help you select. This is the best site for ordering Persian books, they are based in LA http://shopping.ketab.com The author you mentioned is ferdowsi. He is a great Persian author who wrote the shahnameh. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferdowsi. http://www.shahnameh.eu/. I have great selection of tapes from narrations of the shahnameh. They are brand new. I will be happy to give them yo you, if I can copy them:)

Irooni. You have come on here many times over the years asking the same questions about weight loss. Stop the excuses. You have a maid to help with the children. You have a gym, workout classes , pools, walkways, running club etc etc where you live. You have cardio classes where you work. Your husband is away on occasion. Take the opportunity. Share childcare with a friend. And Just Do It as NIKE says. 40 posts? And u know all the ins and outs of my life, although I have a new username! Who are you? I don't need to justify myself to you, but tammi's cardio at rep ton don't work with me and children's hours. My maid is for housework not the kids. I spend hours on homework, studying and ECAs everyday, no one can do it but me. The o es who know me, know I try hard and have a sold will power for weight loss. I have just hit a dead end, and you suggested exercise. Thanks for the advice.

Firstly you have to find time to exercise. It's ridiculous to say you do not have time. The busiest people I know all find time and you have lots of classes and help right where you live in DSO. If you don't find time for exercise and continue to stay heavy you will HAVE to find time to be unhealthy, possibly ill and overweight. You gotta be cruel to be kind sometimes. Just saying. Ridiculous? Ok! You schedule it in for me. I am up at 530am, wash and get ready before I wake the kids up at 6. Wash Breakfast getting ready reading out before 715am. We are usually back about 5pm. Cook, feed, was, read sleep. Between 730pm to abbot nine is the only time I get to spend with hubby. I sleep by nine. I can't afford to yawn at work. I do simple exercises during my breaks at work. And somecardio on Fridays andsaturdays. But ideally I would like to do some rigid cardo for 60-90 min every day.

My Kids dont have any. DD will be 7 in Sept and ds 4 in July. DD is allowed to use my computer every few days to do mathletics or to do bonnie games or dora games. Ds just watches her. She uses my ancient phone which doesnt even connect to the net to play soduko on and ds watches her. I often thought they were at a a disadvantage not being up to date with this kind of stuff but they had no probs using my sisterd xbox and loved it. No tv in bedrooms or playroom and they watch cartoons or dvd after lunch during school hols or weekends, no tv during the week. So glad I am not the only one with the no TV during the week rule. My kids are overy joyed for their TV time on thursday afternoon!
