Thanks ladies! I was basically thinking of unlimited classes because if you go anywhere else, the classes will put you over the price of the membership at FF by a lot. I like to do classes 5-6 times a week. :) I have joined there recently and I love it. They have many group exercise classes at different timings. Yes if you negotiate, you will surely get some discount. They keep bothering you with new offers till you join in :) But its a good deal to get three months free. Also, if you plan to go only off peak hours, then you get a special rate for that. Overall I really like it there, but yes if you want personal training or anything extra, then you have to pay more. PS: do read the terms and conditions

Good to hear KateRob. From talking to other mums I think it's something most little girls get at some point. Easy to freak out over but really nothing to worry about :) That is very kind of you Daza! I have been anxious past couple of days.

Hi, I just started something new (for me) it is called e-fit which is part of http://firstsaltroom.com/ I am a total convert. What they do is they hook you up to a machine that sends electric pulses through your main muscles so making the muscles work harder. You do a session of 20 minutes but once you are done its like you have done an intensive workout for 90 minutes. After a few sessions I already see a big difference and I am not hurting my joints etc. It is supposed to be brilliant also for people who are unable to do any exercises, with disabilities, obese and unable to move, kids, old people etc. You do this with a personal trainer......its a bit pricey but I got my vouchers from Yalabanana so was do-able. This is something new to me. But is it safe?? Electric pulses sounds scary.

Something I wanted to say but couldn't get my thoughts straight, but even now its still all a bit hazy. Sometimes people can be in a situation and see no way out because they have a prisoner mentality. Its like when people have been kidnapped and they know the kidnapper is no longer around but they are still scared to break out of their predicament and run. I think Im saying people get stuck in a mindset and it dictates how they view a situation, it prevents them from looking at other options. Even though the manual says you can use non - stick pans in dishwashers, it definitely removes the coating. Not recommended at all.

My adapter also has a problem. And apparently. The charger is not easily available. The only way it works is when I connect the charger and then switch off( not standby) my Ipad. Try if it works for you.

Ladies Last week I made a costly mistake by doing some impulsive make up buying at ciry center carrefour and the foundation and revlon photoready power is totally wrong for my skin and I look like a chalky ghost !!! I know they don't take make up after opening but I need to return these ...how should I do this??? rofl

I am ashamed to say my recent read was 50 Shades of Grey and though it to ve XXX rate trash (shocked in the first place that it was written by a lady), I kept on till the end, hoping against hope the pathic condition of the female lead will improve (actually that she will somehow grow a brain). And to think 2 more books were written after this... I could go on and on but I guess you got the gist... 'like'
