It good to have a shall with you at all times . Not only to cover your shoulders ,but also because its too hot outside and too cold inside the malls and taxis. If you are not carefull , its very easy to catch a cold.

Why did he cheat on you ? Do you think some part of it is your fault? Do you think that you did not give the relationship you hundred percent and that is why he cheated . Then maybe you should talk to him and forgive him if you can and if it feels right. But if he cheated on you while you were having a great relationship and while you were fully devoted and committed to him and to your relationship , I don't think he deserves you or your forgiveness.

sure have...in Canada and I loved it. It only lasts about 90 days but it was nice while I had it. Went for a keratine treatment here and then found out that it's a mixture of formaldahide and you can get cancer! My hair is wavy, curly and for the most part it makes me crazy. I used to swear by straightening but my thick hair is thin now and I've totally wrecked it with these products. Be careful if a salon is advertising the Brazilian blowout and you're getting the cheaper keratin version. with the BB your stylist should be able to apply the solution with NO gloves! Do you know anywhere in Dubai that does it ?

Hi , I'm sorry that you lost your poppy. here is my advice for you . print out the picture of your puppy on A4 size pages and write on the paper that you are offering a great amount of money if someones returns your dog to you . I Know a friend of mine found her dog after weeks and another friend got her cat back that was stolen by a house maid after almost two months. Good luck and hope you will find your puppy soon

I do most of my weekly grocery shopping at the Union Co.Op . They always have fresh vegetables and fruit and their prices are much cheaper than other places even from Carrefour. I have checked the prices on Dogs food l. Lets say I pay 6.25 on every can of pedigree dog food in Union Co.op .For the exact same thing the price in Geant or Choitram is 6.95 . It might seem a very small difference at first but imagine paying 1 DHs extra on every item that you purchase or every KG of vegetable or fruit. The difference on the total bill is huge when you compare Union Co.op with other places.

Another one for Longs Bar here! Almost 7 years ago now and been married for 9 months. :) Longs bar used to have the best crowd at that time. I'll take that as a compliment Khatoon, I was managing the place at the time :D you should . After you left ,we all stoped going there :D We used to go there every Weekend and then it started to change :( Have not been there for few years now .

Cash bar , seems to be very cheap. Its better to invite fewer guests than asking them to pay for their drinks. Its like inviting people to your house and then charging them on their food :D

The Pom is mine .I wish I could take her to Paws on Saturday ,but I have a mditation class to attend. Do you think you could bring Kacie to my place and we can see if the two of them could get along ?As I said , I might be able to keep Kacie for a while untill we find her a new home .

Marhaba has two packages and the more expensive one is supposed to provide buggy ride . I booked it for an old relative last year and they promised me that she wont have to walk at all and that they will provide her with the buggy ride( She was recovering from an ankle injury) . She arrived , tired and annoyed by the service and told me that there was no sign o the buggy and they had told her that buggies are not allowed in Terminal three. And to make the whole thing even worse ,when I contacted Dnata and asked for a refund , they refused to give me back my money.

The letter made me cry . I have a dog , and she is a rescued dog . She was abandoned by her previous owners and left alone in villa without food and water . I don't know how anyone could leave their pet on the streets or in the shelters. I don't see this letter as an emotional blackmail. I see this as a reminder that the animals we bring in to our lives have feelings and unless we can provide them with a lifetime commitments , we should not add them to our families.@ arohadxb: For people like you who foster animal and try their best to find them home the case is different . Atleast they are trying to give the poor animal a second chance .

I live in Discovery Gardens and I love it . The area looks more like a park than a compound. I take my walk for morning walks and I see parrots , Hudhuds and other types of birds flying around.At night there is absolute silence and there is no sign of construction or noise of traffic . The neighbors are very friendly and I have made such great friends here. Ibn Batutah mall is few minutes away and shopping is so easy . Some weekends , I don't leave the compound at all . I meet with my neighbors , do my shopping at Geant and go t one of the local restaurants for dinner or simply drive to Jebel Ali club for the cheapest and oldest bar in town :) My dream is to one day move to Jumeirah or Umm Suqain . Until then , I think I will stick with DG :)

Marketing is the hardest field to find jobs in at the moment. Maybe he can try sales or account management for a while untill something in marketing comes up .Ask him to try registering at group companies and visit their wabsites .They always have vacansies and they usuallay dont post them in the paper .IF you need help with the names let me know .

The pools are empty and I dont thinkl they are planning to fill them any time soom. There are many Gyms in the community though , Fitness first , Fitness factory , MMA and the fist 18n building ( tall pink ones ) have their own Gym.

I have the same problem and really enjoyed reading this thread. My skin tone is a bit dark and its always difficult for me to find a concealer that does not make me look like a ghost :) Is the YSL concealer good for someone with dark complexion as well ? Does anyone know how much the price is ?

you should go to Burdubai police station ,it is right after trade centre round about twards Matktoum Bridge. ( Next to immigration office) you have to give them the name and they will check their records and tell you if he is in jail or has been arrested by the police . Hope nothing serious has happened to him .

I am sure the final is Tues at 8pm. Sun - 4 left, one goes, Mon - 3 left, one goes, so leaves just 2 for the final on Tuesday....think Adam will win as he seems to have the most confidence and natural ability. I just finished watching tonight's episod. The Finale is tomorrow at 8 oclock . I know who the winner is but still can't wait to watch their competition. Should be really exciting .

Can't really give you an advice here. But all I can say is do not jump to a conclusion just based on something you read on the pc . you know your husband more than anyone else . do you think he is the type of man who would go to a bar like that or cheat on you ? Just wait until he comes home and ask him where he was . maybe he is where he told you he would be !!!

Wow that's horrible. We've been in and out of Dubai on visas/residencies for 3 years now...somehow I think it's more an issue with AD than Dubai but obviously I could be wrong. The Dubai guy said there don't seem to be any issues with your security and nationality, we wouldn't have rejected it. Thank you for posting though, seems we aren't alone in this. hope it gets resolved somehow. I hope so too

Dear Sc77 I'm really sorry and I wish I could give you some advice. All I know is that for certain nationalities , the residency visas are very difficult to be approved. When it is rejected on the security check ,it does not mean that your husband has done something illegal here ,It means that he is rejected due to his nationality .I am Iranian and I have seen the same thing happening to many of my friends and even relative here. The last case was my brother in law , who had lived , worked and even studied here for 6 years and when his student visa was cancelled his company of six years could not transfer his visa to an employment visa and the application was rejected at the security check . I hope your husband will be able to get his visa and hope your problem will be solved.

if you are only smoking 4 a day, why not just give it up anyway, then you wont ever have to worry about it :).... That's what I thought before. I did quit once for two months and I was fine. The thing is , I enjoy smoking rather than being addicted to it .

Why don't you just not smoke around him then. It sounds like you only have a low level of addiction so just go outside for a puff if you feel like one when you're on a date. If you think that it'll incentivise you to quit though, go for it and stop, it can only be a good thing. Don't turn into a secret smoker around him though. Smokers have enough to feel guilty and grumpy about without hiding it from your partner (and I speak from experience as anybody who knows me will verify ;)). Maybe I should try that

Would you quit or reduce your smoking , if someone you were dating did not smoke at all ? I am not a heavy smoker ,or a regular smoker , But I love the feeling of it and I only smoke 3 to 4 cigarettes everyday . He says he does not mind me smoking ,but I just don't feel comfortable smoking around him !!!!
