Karkafi is a hair shop - cant miss it - If your coming from trade center round about take - Bur Dubai exit - then take left at traffic lights to port rashid go through next set of traffic lights then take next right. Go straight you will come to another set of lights and see Karkafi on the right....

Its opposite port rashid - go past Karkafi on Al Mina road (right hand side) then take the 3rd exit (first one being by Karkafi) then you have arrived at the Shipping Tower. Not sure if that makes sense ?!

My husband is in his twenties , he had avascular necoris of the femoral head and neck this was a side effect from a super bug he caught here. Anyway he could not walk at all we were seeing dr tarabichi at the american hosp he advised cementing the hip to the pelvis which is a very old practice my dh would never be able to walk properly again. We did not agree with his conclusion so did our own reaserch and. Found dr hooley who did the birmingham total hip replacements in hong kong. I thank god we found him and. The birmingham hip replacement, which is fantastic for young active people. My dh plays tennis , swims and ocassional squash. If you want to ask any more questions feel free. Personally we found that no other hip replacement was going to give him a comfertable way of life especially with thd options we were given in dubai. All the best
