So girls i made PB cupcakes using American Garden's Creamy PB and it came out very nice. Only thing that the cupcakes did not rise AND the cupcakes separated from the liners!!! Any idea why did this happen? Thanx again

Which is/are ur favorite fodd blogs dear. I personally feel that although most of the people food-blog out of passion for food but SOME do it just to be famous. I once read i read a very nice article on http://www.mymezzaluna.com/. where she wrote very well and true regarding this issue here http://mymezzaluna.com/2011/11/14/what-is-it-about-blogging/ But on the whole im very glad for the growing local food bloggers here. Only one thing that I want them to start here just like MOST of the international food bloggers do is : TO GIVE " GIVEAWAYS" !!!!:) esp whenever I see giveaways open to US residents only (esp a KITCHEN AID!!) and cookery books etc. wat do u all think? would love to know the lovely EW opinions.

Spearheaded by Shaikha Bodour Bint Sultan Al Qasimi, chairperson of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and chairperson of Al Qasba Development Authority, it continues until Feb. 4. The campaign runs from 10am to 11pm daily and will collect material contributions and donations from people, organisations and private companies. Donations accepted at Block A in front of Dunkin Donuts include clothes, furniture, electronics, household goods and dry foods.

Normally he charges around AED 100. for adding panels it'l go upto AED 150. He is so bz that they even leave their dress materials with him and come off. He himself will design their dresses adding all the laces, panels etc. This is the only place i know of. I wish u like his work. All the best for the Preps and Wedding too :-)

I WANT TO USE THE PB FOR ALL MY BAKING VIRUS :-) CUPCAKES, FROSTINGS, COOKIES. ITS NATIONAL PB DAY U C?? saw many recipes in the international food blog newsletters arriving in my inbox since morning!!! I really REALLY appreciate the replies of all of the kind EW. lolz! that's right!!! it was PB day! I purposely try to keep it out of my house, because I love it, and oh, it loves the lower half of my body! Let us know if you make anything fabulous--would love to hear about it! :) p.s. I live above a "Hey Sugar" location--and their PB cupcake is ridiculous. PB frosting and a little jelly in the middle of it. I can not remember it's name, but I crave them! "it loves the lower half of my body" hee hee. agrree with u !!! will definitely share with all of u WHEN i make it . To OBO and Basilgarden Not in dubai but sharjah Nahda!! try Gazel Tailors. I had a tough time with tailors here in bur dubai until i got these people. Amazing work esp for the desinging we have nowdays with the pakistani dresses. Reasonable price and quality service. Give one dress first for trial and also the tailor will get an idea of ur adjustments. Trust me ... i even think of thinking to change my tailor. all the best!!!!

Shivi, Plz dont go to Bur Dubai!!!!! EVER!!!! they r very expensive.......... Sharjah Zam Zam Market has lots of variety. Even junaid jamshaid and bareeze are there. Nice pakistani materials are also avaialable in Zubair Khan Plaza, Ghuwair Market, Sharjah. Hope this helps :)

scp, if u are talking about the Dubai Health Authority Health Card, there is no need to renew it because even if she needs any facility or service, it needs payment. I just called and asked one of the hospitals and this is what they told me. but still you too can call and confirm from them.

Scotslass: plz take ur maid to the Al Badae Health Center for her Visa Medical Fitness. It is behind the Shangrila Hotel. The clinic opens at 7:30 am but there is already a queue waiting outside before the gate is opened. Moreover they only take 50 clients per day. Hope this helps.
