I cant use any face cream coz the moment i apply, my face literally sweats but i dont know why. Its very irritating (the sweating) and i have to wipe my face then n there. I drive, and when i get in the car in the afternon daily, the heat has burnt my skin. I had lots of acne since teenage years. did two courses of roaccutane. no pimples now but lots of pits n marks :-( Due to not using any face cream, i can c fine wrinkles around my mouth/cheek area. What regime do u think should i use but plz dont suggest anything too costly. i must admit here that i dont eat any fruits and veges . my mom eats lots and she looks like my younger sister!!!!! give me a whole bar of Lindt and il gobble it down even on a full stomach. Plz help. TIA

ur welcome husam. dont give him all the dresses at once. give him one dress , try it and then tell him the adjustments u want . then give him the rest. InshaAllah im sure ul love the dresses. do let me know if any thing. i used to get dresses stitched in bur dubai but they were horrible and charge a lot. Keeping in mind the number of things we r putting on our dresses thi s fashion season . he charges worth all his hard work.

my tailor stitches wonderful pakistan i dresses. its Gazel Tailors. its in sharjah though. but dont let the distance bother u. try it once though. i had very bitter experiences from tailors till i got him . the number is landline: zero six five three six eight six five six. good luck :)

Thank you so much for the recipe. will try it . ur recipe uses 2 eggs for 100 grams and i used three!!! this can also be the reason for the eggy smell . and i have access only to the vanilla ESSENCE available here of foster clarks. so let me c if reducing the egg makes a difference. also do u use the substitute method for self -raising flour. is the result good. thank u so much again

Ya i too was glad to know of a Rose Fan in Dubai. I searched all over the net and few book stores in Dubai for Rose’s books but in vain. Will go n check Al Ghurair if they still stock that book. As for now I have just sufficed by collecting her recipes from different food blogs. Her PBS show IS on YouTube. I came to know of Kate & KATE FLOUR just yesterday from her blogs update but am unable to get the recipe. I don’t know much about ordering via Amazon. Cant we order stuff from them from UAE? Another question regarding frostings, Do u know what type of frostings do bakeries (like Mr Baker, Mukhtar Bakery) or the ones in lulu and C4 use. They r so yum, soft n light unlike buttercream. How did your Bostini come out? Did you use the recipe in "Rose's Heavenly Cakes"? I just got that cookbook from Amazon! You can use Cream of Tartar to make homemade playdough. There's a lady who makes it and sells it for Dhs 15/pot at the ARTE fairs and at my son's nursery, a surprising money-maker. First of all congratulations to get THE BOOK; [u'>Rose's Heavenly Cakes [/u'>[b'>[/b'>. Rose is one soft soul and is a big help and blessing for all the bakers in the world. Have u seen her baking videos? Her Blog? Although u might know it, but iv read some minor changes in her blog to very few ingredients in some her recipes in her book. i dont remember which recipes though. when i saw them i told myself to cross check them in the blog to c the amendments, once i get the book dat is ;-) n i think there is also an addendum at the end of the book. just a thought i wanted to share with u. How much did it cost via Amazon? How long did it take to arrive. Was it home delivered? I am a fan of Rose so am happy for u on getting the book. As for the BOSTINI..... oh my my. Plz make it atleast once in ur lifetime and the people who eat it will be indebted to u forever!!! I used this recipe http://alpineberry.blogspot.com/2007/10/whole-lot-of-eggs.html which is adapted from Donna Scala & Kurtis Baguley of Bistro Don Giovanni and Scala's Bistro. I made it for a Reunion of School friends which i had at my place. Even after stuffing themselves with a full course dinner, they licked the 250 ml Glasses i liberally served this heavenly thing in!!! There was complete silence in the room as the Bostini was being devoured with occassional oomphs and aahs!! As soon as their mouths were free , the room was full of praises and compliments. Plz do share ur experience here, when u make it, and also of the recipes u make from the book.Good luck with the baking.
