Thanks so much georgiagirl, I will pop to Almaya. Thank goodness I didn't go ahead and just use the baking powder without checking.

Thanks for replying Mrs Laughan Ingredients are: phosphate E450a, cornflour, sodium bicarbonate E500 I've looked on the internet, but can't find anything that clearly states it's gluten free and the tin has no information.

Ignore my post below as I think I'm speaking rubbish - I'm thinking optician, not opthamologist. Duh!! I think the january detox is affecting my brain!! Going back to sleep...

I had to take my daughter to medcare in order to receive the official prescription. Perhaps, some opthamologists/optometrists are qualified to issue the px, but the one I use is apparently not. By going through medcare, it all went through health insurance (her cost of her frame and lenses were also covered through health insurance).

Hi, I found the info on the BA site quite straightforward and easy to follow - not actually gone through the process yet tho. Although they recommend using a pet travel agent for unaccompanied pets, it does outline the requirements for your pet to fly quite clearly. http://www.baworldcargo.com/products/liveanimals.shtml?site=/products/liveanimals.shtml Hope this helps
