I actually saw mine advertised on the notice board in Spinneys at Motor City :) and DH has just said that he eventually got it for 4000 and then after having it delivered by a 'man in a van' and the electrician costs it cost us 5000 in total... bargain. Your best bet is to look out on Dubizzle or Souq.com... we picked up our 5 berth one for 5000 aed ;) Just looked on Dubizzle and there is 3 on there one for 10,000, one for 15,000 and one for 25,000. Just put Jacuzzi in the search :cool: <em>edited by roysie on 04/02/2012</em>

Me and my family were there seconds after what happened happened if you know what I mean... we were quite distressed and believed the dog would not survive... but please tell us if the offending dog owner was stopped?.. awful ending to a great day... :(

Roysie - will do! and equally I would be happy to swap DVDs if anyone would be interested, my mum normally comes over with a suitacse full from Amazon so I have lots of UK stuff to get rid of! Thats fab... please give me 1st refusal, although I doubt I will refuse any :-)

Hi.. I have a La Germainia range cooker. 5 ring gas hob and a double electric oven... It really is an amazing cooker, could not recommend it more :) It came from Jackys.

1st option (the one I use)... get onto emirates road Sharjah direction, get off at 1st exit (global village) continue onto E611 and in that way or 2nd option is to get onto E611 abu dhabi direction next to Layan, get of at 1st underpass and get back on in other direction get off at next underpass (adjacent to Layan) under and in that way.. to be honest the 1st option is much quicker ;)

Hi.. I live very close to B6 and am a very nice neighbour!!!! B road is def the road to be in.. in my opinion the best out of B & C. The pool is hardly ever busy even at weekends :-) The road noise is not really bothersome and in B6 would be even better as it in the side area and not flat onto road, in anycase we are only on the slip road and not on the main bypass... Maintenance are great... come at the drop of a hat. :) <em>edited by roysie on 31/01/2012</em>

Al Ansari in Motorcity charge 55 aed and UAE exchange in LuLu charge 45 aed to an english bank account.. I use them both on a regular basis :-)

I only had all the insides replaced as my covers were good... so no idea on the actual covers being replaced. He is so reasonable with his prices, you can do a search on here for 'Basel' and you will see a few references to him. Use the number I have given you though as he has recently changed it from the one on previous threads. He will come round and give you a quote and you are under no pressure with him at all :-)

Your best bet is to take a trip to Global Village... either the Turkey or Morocco section. They have a huge selection. You can really bargain to a much better price and they are of proper origin (not from China). Mine came from the shop upstairs in MOE but we paid alot more for them as it was before we saw them in GV. ;) And also you asked about recovering a sofa... That is ok... The 500 is to put the application in, then if she is offered a place you then pay the 1500 to secure it then that 1500 will come off of the 1st terms fees. They have to do that otherwise they would never know the correct amount of places as people just accept the place then dont let them know its unneeded... I have actually got to pay 4000 on Sunday to secure my sons place at secondary school for september!! Hope this helps mk-in-dubai. By the way... has your operator name got anything to do with where you come from out of interest??
