Does anyone use a part time driver? I only need one to get me home from work/school (I am a teacher.). How much would it cost? I am tired of calling for a taxi that either comes 2hours late or in 10 minutes when you ask for a specific time like in 30 minutes. Which school do you go to?

Sorry, but I think you need to read more. KHDA deals with education, not licensing. There is no freelance license for Dubai. You may be confused with a free zone freelance license, KV approved. With this you can offer services in KV. So, why not do a promo in KV somewhere? Get a model, do her makeup, offer a discount to people at the show. With makeup, the market is so saturated that a FB page isn't enough. You've got to grab attention. Try like Huda. Although even blogs these days are an 'everyone has one' thing. Get shirts with your brand on them, get some cute friends, do amazing make-up and send them together to all the night coffee shop hotspots. Just have them drink coffee. If ppl talk to them, they can give the details. Instagram it. Do a competition, if you spot one of them and get the best pic, you get a free make over, or 10% discount for entering. Be creative. I just said what i knew and i can be wrong as well. And thanks alot for the ideas... i am going to offer free makeovers, i dont mind doing that at all :) thanks again

reach out to photographers, offer to work with them free of charge - you get good experience, they get to see how good you are, if they like you they might use you on future shoots. they might even do some test shoots with you - get a model friend, a studio, do some experiential impactful shots that benefit everyone's portfolio. speak to model agencies along the same lines. network with the fashion mags/bookers, you will need a strong portfolio to impress them which you can start to get from doing the two things above. there is no short cut to get into the industry hard graft, proving yourself, working for free (sorry) networking with anyone and everyone who might be relevant....in a meaningful way. Thanks a lot that was helpful, I agree there is no short cut all i need is to know what to do, this was quite helpful.. thanks a lot :)
