Its ok to consume brown rice, and you get brown basmati rice at the Organics cafe in Dubai Mall. One of the other things I was advised was to have frequent, small sized meals, as frequent as 2 hours, starting with heaviest as breakfast and you would eventually feel so full by dinner, that you would automatically have a very light dinner. Keeping hungry for long periods of time would actually defeat your purpose. So go out there and enjoy your eats. Avoid greasy, sugary food. Am sure you will do good. thanks ..what do you eat for breakfast - i am on white oats everyday but i dont have frequent meals which i must start .i am also am insulin resistant which is very worrying

saffiyad - Don't worry. PCOS is a very common issue with most women in this time and age due to our lifestyle. I was diagnosed with the same too, and conceived naturally, thanks to control(not rigid) on diet and basic exercise for 6 months regularly. You could try it out yourself too. I avoided white rice and breads. Consumed plenty of fiber rich vegetables and fruits, preferably raw veggies. Walked(brisk) 20 mins a day, 5 times a week. Drank sufficient(2-3lts) of water. I have a 4 yr old son and I can safely say its not very easy nor impossible to conceive when you have PCOS, however you just need to give natural method of getting fit a chance(which will automatically set things right) before you try complicated invasive methods. Goodluck :) thanks .i am now on brown bread only should i also cut out basmati rice? i eat fruit salad for lunch but dinner is tough to control.will try your advice to exercise more ..

how do you find dgfc? i need to look into a new hospital for general gynae stuff and also ivf when we arrive i think in the uk they recommend if a cyst is over a certain size to remove it, will see if i can find any info and let you know i also moved from the uk but the docs again didnt recommend anything whilst i was seeking treatment there. i really like dgfc but they are not covered by insurance .my doc is dr wael and he is quite thorough.

I did it. It was a long road. It was tough. It was tiring. It was frustrating. When you graduate you are competing with people ten years your junior who went straight into those fields from high school. Do you want to work here on graduation? Companies don't mind to train you if you are 21 years old or are local, if you are neither of the above you'll have to go in and say 'I'll be happy to work for practically less than your water boy so you'll train me pretty please in local laws'. If you study law you'll need to be qualified in your own jurisdiction first. It is, from a HR perspective, a benefit to do psych or law, but it's a long road to travel just so you can be the HR labour law expert in the company. I had less problems because DH is local and they weren't that worried to train me because they figured I'd be here for the long haul so it'd be a ROI, but had that been different then I suspect my outcome would have varied significantly. thanks ..i have a degree in hr so maybe i should look at a masters in psychology ..law seem too unrealistic at this age I studied with a 70 year old. Nothing is undoable. It's just a matter of why you want to do it. She didn't want to practice, she wanted to retire in Papua New Guinnea, I believe, and help people with non binding legal guidance because she'd made her wealth in life and wanted to relax in the end and try and help people. i always wanted to be a lawyer but couldnt afford to study law at a younger age ..thus coz i wanted to be a lawyer

Are you a student or working? If you are working - HR professionals seem to have longer careers and more flexibility later in their careers than say Sales/Marketing people, age seems to bring respect not burnout! i have been in hr for 10 yrs..34 now may be too late to switch careers
