It is natural to feel this way after a breakup and with several billion people on the planet it is a given that you will find someone Cheaters suck, so you are well rid!!!! Give yourself time to grieve and go complete no contact. It gives you time to think and regain some clarity. Not all Men are bad. You just have to watch out for the red flags and use dating as a discovery period. Take some time out to care for you, spend time with friends, go to the gym, start new hobbies. Write him a letter to get all your rage out but do not send it. You will get over it and find that what your feeling is the loss of hope of what you thought the relationship may become. I was where you were several years ago and remember how bad I was at the time and it does go away unfortunately there isn't a magic spell to wish the bad time away. You need to focus on the fact that he is an a$$ there is no excuse for cheating!!!! Try and avoid any communication with him if you can, sit on your hands, leave your phone at home and tell you friends that you don't want to hear about him. Its easy to start texting again especially when you are raw. There is a great website by a British lady called Natalie Lue that helps you make sense of breakups etc with some funny stuff thrown in. Take care

Thanks for your response Sarahlou. My car is sitting on almost 140k km's... I bought it when it was at 100k so I am uncertain if it had the 70k fluid change. I do know that it hasn't been serviced at VW for a loooooong time - when I bought it the guy gave me the workshops details where he had been taking it; they are supposed to be VW certified, but are not VW. It's not looking very positive right now for me - am going to have to get it fixed and then hope that nothing else goes wrong at huge costs. The fluid had to be done at 70k and if it is wasn't and as I said not many people can do it here it can have serious ramifications on the gearbox. I feel for you as parts are so expensive here

I am not having much luck finding the right candidate for an SEO Sales Executive vacancy, does anyone know how of an affordable recruitment agency that deals with recruiting candidates for sales/internet vacancies. Can anyone here in recruitment give me an idea of how much it is to advertise with a recruitment agency? Many thanks. It is either a months salary or a percentage of the candidates gross annual salary Anything from 12% up to 20%

I know it's the first one so hard to tell, but do you reckon Redfest will be family friendly (not tots, more pre-teen sort of age)? Anyone ladies planning on going with their kids? Also, what time is JOhn NEwman likely to be on?? He is on at 7.30pm https://twitter.com/RedFestDXB/status/431262133020811264/photo/1 I wouldn't see the problems with pre teens When I went to Bruno Mars there were several pre teens there. Kids on Dads shoulders etc It isn't like Sandance where people are in a state because of drink See you there. I cant wait to see JN!

But, I pay her very well. I buy her gifts, I helped her purchase equipment for her dream restaurant in her home country. Which is why i am so heart broken, because i went above and beyond for her Heart broken, Distressed, heartbroken, feeling abused! I daren't comment on the above and to use the word abused in reference to this post is shocking!!

Red Oxo cubes Bacon or Pork products as they are expensive there Suntan lotion is pricey in the Middle East as a whole Certain makeup brands cost more and they may not stock the one you use. I always buy a selection of decent birthday and thank you cards from when I go home for visits

It's a British passport. What I meant by the 10 day grace period was that it was cancelled on 21st Jan so I have until 19th February but some people seem to say that even though that is my deadline to get out that when I do go I can have an extra 10 days before they'll actually do anything! If this is the case I can hopefully stretch until 26th February. However, I DO NOT want to put myself at risk by doing anything dodgy here!!! You don't have to leave and stay out for 30 days, only certain nationalities have to do this I don't think you can do an extra 10 days on top of the 30 day grace period that is for visit visa holders who have recently arrived in Dubai I would go to immigration near the Trade Centre roundabout and ask, I have found them really helpful in here. I am sure you can do a Hatta run :-)

Dubai cosmetic surgery offers the use of dermal fillers to rejuvenate your skin. There is no fixed dermal filler cost in Dubai. It varies widely from one clinician to another, depending on expertise of the person performing the procedure.Visit. http://www.fillersdubai.com/dermal-fillers/dermal-fillers-cost/ edited by A007A on 11/02/2014 Also what make they use I swear by Restylene however it is expensive here over 2400AED I get mine done at home and pay 1200 DR Jafar Khan, Dr Allen and DR Tahir are the only ones I would trust here to do them

Hi I have recently left a job so my sponsorship/work permit visa has been cancelled. I can transfer onto my husbands visa with no problems but I only have until 19th February to do this. I am currently confused as to my actual status to be here. Not sure if when my visa was cancelled I just transferred onto a tourist visa? If anyone knows how this works I would be really grateful for the advice. I am planning a trip back home but not until about 7 days after the 19th. I have been told about this '10 day grace period' but will I be fined on the way out? Plus I have also heard that you can't come back in until 30 days have passed??? If this is so, how do the visa runs to Oman work? Is it different to passing in and out via the airport? Help! What country is your passport from? Once a work visa is cancelled you get a 30 day grace period not 10

Being cynical is unquestionable ladies.[b'> But we also need to understand the use of a blogging site[/b'>. What do you mean? A blogging site to help you lose weight? That you pay for? A fat picture on the fridge is probably just as effective and it's free. That made me laugh Daza

I'm sorry all I got from that was - blah blah blah - spend loads of money on another gimmick that doesn't work! Eat better, exercise more = weight loss. Simple. Me too All these faddy diets work in the short term but you end up putting it back on Good old fashioned exercise and eat in moderation me three...... maybe we are cynical? Well put it this way. I'm super rubbish with my eating, so I've signed up to Kcal for a month - eating 5 times a day with healthy, balanced food, reduced calorie intake - down to 1,000 - 1,3000 calories a day. I walk every day and gym around 4 times a week. Down 2kgs in 2 weeks. Says it all. I use my fitness pal and alternate between weights and cardio each day and lost almost 3kgs too

Hi ladies, I've always been hopeless at cooking, mostly because it’s not my favourite thing to do so I don’t practice often and we resort to ordering out. However, now that DD is getting older (1.5 years old) I would love to have a varied diet of homemade meals for her. Right now, the most I can make is a quick pasta or some basic rice. I’m also sure DH would appreciate some nice homemade food! I work full-time, so taking cooking classes isn’t really an option. Are there any videos I could watch, or recipe sites that are easy? And any tips on making cooking seem like a less daunting task? Advice appreciated :) I have the Jamie Oliver Ministry of Food book. I have cooked many recipes out of it with my 14 year old Niece who could burn salad The recipes rarely go wrong and there are everyday people in the book talking about being able to cook decent food when they couldn't before

That may be the case BK but if said maid is found out ( deportation) and a huge fine for you and other Mum If she commits a crime against your family, theft etc which does happen then you don't have a leg to stand on as your cannot report it. Plenty of moonlighting maids got caught recently in my building and the authorities carted them off

thats what i mean. it shows a rate for the whole area - offices in our building rent for 60% more. Also, what are the laws on increasing commercial rent? Are they the same as residential? Let me ask for you. My friend is the GM at Omniyat who do both Sorry I misread the question, I am tired today with all my LL grief lol

thanks ladies. (and the rental indicator for our area is 60% less than the actual/real going rate in our building - so not even sure how a claim would work!) There is a commercial button to press on the rent calculator Perhaps try and see what happens

MBS is sold out, and to be honest more than we want to pay for this leg of the trip. Area wise where would you suggest please? We had been advised Orchard road or Clarke Quay. We want to see the city and like to explore/walk. We wont be doing what we can here in terms of waterparks/aquariums etc, but heard the night zoo is a must for kids. And for adults. I loved it! Have you been on Trip Advisor :-)
