I would go to a reputable salon and have it stripped out I made the same error years ago with a shop bought red colour and it was a disaster I had to dye my hair darker, then strip it ( It went pink) and then dye it back to its natural colour Head and shoulders wont help at all :-(

My friends Niece moved here a few weeks ago and she is 22 She was carded at Saffron, DD and Bidi Bondi's. My friend who is 34 and [b'>married[/b'> was carded at Sandance. Both of these ladies are Western so do not assume they wont card a bunch of teenagers. Sarahlou! Does being married make you look older???!!!!! Actually maybe it does ;) OP, I'd let him go with very strict rules in place. Dropping off and picking up directly afterwards would be an absolute must. I'd also let the restaurant know the age of their diners and warn them not to serve them. Haha I don't know ;-) I should of said that she kept trying to say she was married and 34 years old but the guy was being an divvy and wanted ID

We have suddenly been invaded by a cat and its 4 kittens living behind our water tank, i came out this morning and they were lying all over my sons trampoline and slide. Does it have to be a movie? The series 24 is edge of your seat gripping thriller. Plus there is eight series of 24 episodes, that's a lot of hours of excellent viewing. Hannibal series is also good.

I honestly don't get it. What's the issue with one dry day. Nor me - it makes everyone sound like lushes. :\: I couldn't care less either. People do go into panic mode about it though ;-) I have noticed the panic mode about dry nights. So what, will they curl up and cry because they can't have a drink for one whole day/night. ;) Anyway I thought people went to the Grand Prix to watch the races, not spend their time at the bar. Seems an awfully expensive way of getting a drink. edited by Geordie expat on 28/10/2013 All sporting and music events here are reason for people to drink! The 7's is sponsored by beer I think. I suppose there is a different mentality here than at home.

So assuming there will be no alcohol served on that day, wonder how that will affect the F1 in Abu Dhabi? Shouldn't affect the F1. I would hope most are going to watch the races, not spend their time drinking. Most will want to drink, that is certain and they make a fortune from the sale of it. The rugby fell on a dry day and they exempted it as it was a major sporting event.

Hi, I've recently found out I'm pregnant and am trying to choose a hospital. I've heard lots of good things about City hospital but as I live in the Springs would like to find somewhere closer. Has anyone tried the Saudi & German hospital or one of the hospitals in Al Barsha? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks I have read bad reviews on here regarding the SG however many people have raved about Al Zahra ( I believe they have Western midwives)

I have recently tried Chanel Mat Lumiere : I love it! I have combination skin but it does not feel dry on my cheeks (dry area) and it looks so natural. it blends so well and is very light. I don't like when foundation is too thick and "visible" the coverage is buildable but for me 1 "coat" is enough. I haven't tried the Perfection Lumiere as I wanted a bit more coverage, but when I tested it on my skin it really felt nice too! I really recommend it, although it is quite pricey. PS: I don't work for Chanel (I wish I did) ! I love their products but they are not good for sensitive, prone to reddish skin. Their products brought me out in a huge rash :-(

I know that Kinokuniya have them, however that's in Dubai Mall. I've also seen them in Magrudy's in Festival City. Not familiar with Mirdiff or the mall there, but maybe there's a Magrudy's nearby? I called Kinoakuniya sooooo helpful but dont have my one I need - cant seem to find Magrudys in FC though? It may have closed, then! I just looked up their website, and no longer see that location listed. Sorry...goes to show how I often I go to malls (hatehatehate them). I go at 10am on a Friday and am out by 11am haha

this is really spooky - i am just this minute googling this product! had lunch with frind yesterday whose eyelashes were amazing - she has been using it! they honestly looked like they were falsies. it can be a bit cheaper if you get it from the uk... she got hers from maria dowling, i am totally going to get some having seen hers. It did nothing for me :-( Good Luck

I second using a BB cream or even the new CC cream. They are creamier but not heavier than foundations and they also give a more dewy finish if required. Bobbi Brown does a really good one, of which you can also choose the undertone of the cream, i.e. a pink, green, yellow etc which acts as a skin tone corrector. there are other brands of BB cream on the market which are cheaper but I havent tried those ones so not sure how good they will be. I would also sterr clear of tinted moisturisers. In this heat and humidity they just slip off your face. :-) Exactly, BB creams r not heavy and so someone with an uneven skin like mine wont get the desired coverage. I disagree... my skin is terrible as I have scars on my face and I find the BB cream much better actually because they have correctors in them it evens out the skin tone more to give you a flawless look. As an example, someone who has acne and puts loads of concealer on can look worse as they looked 'caked' whereas if you just choose the right shade with the correct undertone it makes a huge difference. BB cream was actually developed by a dermatologist Try using shading techniques as well, this can emphasise your cheeks and hide imperfections. Some great videos on You Tube for this. KK is well known for this. good luck :-) Makeupbyeman is also good. I have copied a lot of her looks on Youtube and easy to follow

Hi i am moving to Dubai in February and just wondered what Victory Heights is like to live in? I am joining my husband with our 4 year old son - who has been offered a place in VH primary and my 3 month old son, Just wondered would Victory Heights be the best place as I assume its closest to the school?. Also does Victory Heights have restaurants, parks, swimming pools etc? Thanks No restaurants, some public pools and small parks, although the bigger villas have their own pools Beautiful development and Motor City shops close by ( Supermarkets, cafes etc) Use the search post above. Spray Tan, Lettie at Essentials on beach road. St Tropez doesn't turn me orange I have had eyelash extensions but hated them and lost many of mine when they grew out Tips and Toes are good but pricey

1400, just walked my office in Deira. The shops selling Ariston water heater is 410 aed and few other part for 100. Plumbers cannot have double the mark up. My Ariston cost 800 as I bought it. My LL reimbursed me so makes no difference to me I don't know any cheap companies sorry, cheaper usually means badly or incorrectly fitted
