Yup, all traffic fines and payment for it are on the car seller! I also spoke from personal experience, both as car seller and buyer! And last was just a month ago :biggrin:

The technical check for the car should be paid by the seller not the buyer. It is valid for a month and once you decide to sell the car you can do it not to lose time the day of the sale. Is around 130 Dhs and I would advise to go there in the early morning as is pretty crowded. Once you have the buyer all procedure is done at RTA. Make sure you have all car documents with you, your ID as well as the buyer has his ID as well. But I think if the buyer is from another emirate, then the procedure is slightly different! Tasjeel or RTA can advise you about this. Do NOT sell the car unless cash/ manager's check (better cash) is handed over!!! Good luck! <em>edited by simoralu44 on 10/11/2014</em>

Everybody here is debating but...are you 100% sure that the Landlord is not going to move in? Or some relative? What if the real estate company is also a management/maintenance company and the LL wants to see what is to be done before he moves in!?!? Proof is in the pudding...

In a bind here...need good garage for my Jaguar, with high precision and fairly priced!!! For engine/suspension repairs and maintenance after! Dealership...noooo, unless the car is under warranty, no way...too expensive. Please ladies, need your help. Can be in Dubai or Sharjah!!

I use the same guy and was happy with what he made for me! I gave him a kaftan (butterfly style) to replicate and with his trimmings I paid 100 dhs. Also for a skirt (his trimmings-zipper etc) 100 dhs if I'm correct! But give him atry anyway, he's good and also the fabric shop next door is really good as well!

Hi I bought a Bompani elec fan oven with 5 gas rings 5 weeks ago and I hate it. It takes forever to heat, the grill seems to just warm stuff through and when you have the oven on the dials for the gas hob reach boiling point and are REALLY dangerous!! I wonder why? Mine has no problem with the oven, heat super fast and only after an hour or so with the oven full on at highest temp, the dials are barely warm!!

Corn flour is mainly used as thickener and has nothing to do with polenta :) :) C4 in MCC has it all the time. As well as Spinneys in UpTown Mirdif! :) :)

Spinneys and C4. I prefer a coarser version of polenta, but here is very fine and the polenta is very pasty. You can find it under maize :) :)

By bus from Al Ghubaiba in BurDubai or from Ibn Batutta! Is comfortable, fast (about 1.1/2 hrs) and 25 dhs per trip. In AD you take a taxi to your destination. Think the buses are every 20 min, not sure though. But often enough!

Campomatic, I think a Chinese brand. It's fine I hadn't have issues so far with it Campomatic is Italian brand and is actually quite good!! Mine is LG, washer/dryer and very happy with. Before had Whirlpool, also happy with. Why not C4, their prices are good, good selection and good service. If not, try PlugIns, very good!!!

Connect your BB to the computer, via USB, then depending on the model and where you chose to save your documents/photos etc, look for your Documents folder in BlackBerry, and there for the voice-notes. Hope it helps!!!

Price should be the first indicator as real leather is more expensive, but you never know what traders do!! So: - look at the edges of the garment or furniture. Faux leather products will have a perfect-looking edge that feels foamy or plastic. Authentic leather will have a rough-around-the-edges look. - closely examine the pores of the fabric. Faux leather will have pores that are in a consistent pattern, while real leather will have inconsistently placed pores. - smell the object for the distinct leather smell. The smell of real leather cannot be replicated by synthetic materials. It may help to go to a department store and smell real leather items and faux leather items to become acquainted with the smell.
