I think it should be mandatory for every woman to take a picture of herself before leaving the house ie.. do her knees stand out so much that is all you can see? wear tights or get a longer dress, or..wear pants that fit. can you get a relativley good picture of her 'wazoo' hope she is wearing panties@!!! have a pic taken from the back view in 2 poses. one, standing straight the other with a slight bend at the hips...is the grand canyong on display, if so, get a longer and loser dress are the boobs positively bulging out over the dress. get a bigger dress, better bra or stay home if those babies are lifted so high the are threatening to chock you. so there you have it. Pictures before the outing. Looking in a mirror just does not do it apparently lol

well, instead of putting another litter 'bed'in the laundry room, you could try a covered igloo for cat 1. he might like that quite nicely as the other cat cannot tease him while he is in his igloo :)...or...you could take the door off his cat carrier, put soft bedding in there and cover it with a towel but leave a bit at the bottom so he can go in :)...works like a charm with all my stray s and might help with his insecurity ;)....

no leave her in her box....you could try wuffles idea though, put another box in there so she can use one and sleep in the other? HOPEFULLY the cat #2 will not muscle in..but..being younger....you might also try puytting her food in there, away from the box of course so she has everything of hers with her :)

yes, both links work. I am amazed that no one has taken these dogs? Why not put up fresh pictures with another plea? did you contact any of the other animal organizations ie DARC, poshpaws, friends of animals to see if they could possibly foster them until a home is found if you pay for their food etc?. I guess you now have to go into the begging mode :(...its not as if you didnt start looking yesterday but 6 months early I think? DO hope new posters will work... I will send the links around.

I am sure it will turn out ok in the end but the waiting is hard. this little guy meets us sometimes on our walks. HE barks but is a sweetie and my dog is not bothered ;)...I do hope to see him soon back on his walks.

poor fella, he has just had this big operation on his ear and the person who found him thinks he has been mistreated ;(..poor dog....fingers crossed that they make the connection soon as the owner is very distraught :(

You love your apt. You dont want to move. You want cheaper rent. Find out for sure if the apts just like yours are renting for less. Not the 2 beds etc as you aret interested in them. Phone and ask the rental agency. then talk to the the landlord and lean on the fact you have been there for 7 years, a good tenant, like the building, praise it up but you feel that since the rest of the apts are going for 110 you feel that you should get a reduction to go along with the rest. If you dont ask and be direct you wont get :)

yes, I saw the notice on FF lost and found page :). Stop with the Felix and just give him dry and water. when he gets hungary he will eat. U can also make him boiled chicken and white rice for a day or so until his stools revert to normal. He insides need a rest I think. Not to worry, he will not starve lol...he just wont like it ). You can also get special wet food at the vets for lose poop lol...

oh dear...trying so hard not to open my mouth. I lost!!!! scp, the mother is very hungary that is why she is looking for food. why the maid is not binning her junk propertly with an alergic child is beyond me. You would be doing the mother and ,ittens a good turn if you left out food for the mother. She then would not look in bins for food. You could try and handle the kittens, talk to her if you want to rehome the kittens. The kittens must be socialized and that is human contact. Tell the maid to ignore them and keep the son in his bubble. Honestly,, I could write a page but if you actually want help rehoming the babies then they need to be socialized and not shued asway as I think the maid is scaring them,,just a thought.,

put him in a cat carrier and bring him into the living room and let the girls sniff and howl and posture and preen. He, being in the box might not be too receptive but see how it goes,. then put him in his room and bring the girls in in carriers and see how that goes. Everyone is safe and once they get used to each other they should be fine. Just becauser your fella had to defend his territory and himself does not mean he will fight with yours :). My 2 outside fellas come into the yard and ignore my cats...and they will keep all other cats away but mine, no problem....the dog of course is a totally other story lol

I am hoping this person made one heck of a big typo! never never take the kittens at that age...never!!!! . wait, not be too hasty here...maybe she is just saying she has new ones but they will not be ready for new homes until 8 weeks. simpleasabc, I have 2 or 3 clean duvets and covers...and sheets...all clean and in dryclean plastic if you want to borrow them. You just have to get them cleaned and return when you are done :)

JS remember, he is a cat not a person :)...he recovered from his op and is probably feeling much better so wanted out of the room and that was the only way. I am sure he stil has his 'street'claws and they are mighty tools. They can tear out a screen, especially if the screen is weak from lots of sun. I now have my cat room window taped shut, as my street fella escaped from the 2nd floor...a little limp for awhile but he wanted in the rest of the house. Anyway, Caramel will be back once he gets hungary. Cats like company and he was probably looking for you..so no worries, I am sure he will be fine.

Did you happen to go to either of the neighbours beside the former owners house? they might know if they left the country or where they have moved to? they might also know if they left their cat or were looking for him? just a thought.

If you are that miserable and he is abusing you verbally, blaming you for everything, this is a terrible environment for your child. She will be paying attention to how he disrespects you and will be trying it on for herself I would imagine. Hopefully he will not disrespect her as well as she gets older :(. you could probably fake the smiles, pleasantness for awhile and he could respond favorably for a while but becuse it would not be sincere it would probably fail in the end ;(. You are a young woman with a child. You have many opportunities open to you for your future. You do not have to live your life in this kind of environment and it is an awful place for your child. Possibibly a separation at this point would be the answer. You can go personally for councelling to help yourself and suggest that he go to a councellor as well. If nothing else, you will be able to verbalize all that is upsetting you and possibly find some solutions that will either help your marriage if your husband is willing, or help you get started on a new life with you and your daughter. It is not the end of the world, it can be fixed one way or the other but right now you are stuck in one place without a direction. Find the direction and move forward ;)

I have not been able to find Quark but I do know it is here, hidden somewhere. As for the Fromage Fraise 0% fat, I get it at Lafayette Market, top floor. someone has gotten it at C4 but I have never looked. I think it tastes like no fat sour cream....yum. they also do the Oat Bran at Big Choitrums on Al Wasl :) BTW if anyone loves the 0% fat Greek Yogurt, I mix 1/2 vanilla 0% fat with it and it is like pudding..I dont mix it all in and it wonderful. You can also make your own Greek by dumping a tub of no fat (less than 6% sugar) plain yogurt into a muslin (or clean tea towel that does not have fabric softener in it or scent) sieve over a bowl, cover with saran then fold over the tea towel. Let drain over night and you have greek yogurt. Just a thought as I use it alot lol <em>edited by SueB on 01/04/2011</em>

ok Shazman, do you do the whipped egg white then fold them in? am thinking maybe I should just put in the eggs and not whip the whites. honestly, I follow the receipe to the letter and I end up with a huge souffle that takes forever to cook and stick to my non stick like crazy lol. honestly, I am a good cook loll.but this is doing my head in!!!! 8kg since January. For the most part I stick to it and have wine. The big thing is the water and exercize and I do cheat when It is necessary for my sanity lol and I find, now and then is alright as long as you get back on the band wagon so to speak ;) Lately I have had a few more bad days than normal so back on Attack for 3 days tomorrow. If I had stuck to the plan religously I would most likely have been down 15 or more K .... I did not find it restrictive for the most part and feel good on it, not bloated and I miss the bread but I always felt rotten after eating wheat and gluten anyway, so not a lot of loss there.

I am not a physician so cant comment on the kidney stone issue. You should talk to your Dr. about that. I have the receipe book as well and use it alot. I also do my own receipes now using the guidlines. I figure if I can whip somethig up in 10 minutes thats great lol...I also buy and make more meat at one meal to carry over and they have what is called a Miracle Soup which is large chunky vegs. lack spice so you have to add your own :) but a good filler on veg days. anyway, read the book then maybe read it again. I really is easy and I am getting all the nutrients by eating well and lots of veg every 2nd day. The diet is not a miracle by any means and you are encouraged to walk 20-30 min a day and eat well, which is great...once in the groove you just do it :)....my husband is nearly at his goal weight so he is looking forward to adding fruit and other stuff. Anyway, good luck.

the pancakes are from the start. I personally have not mastered them lol...but my husband eats his oat bran as a cooked cereal with yogurt and cinnemon. On line is good but hopefully you have the book to read so you know the underlying theory. It is easier than Atkins as there is not all the fat which is nice for the mouth but ultimately, not great for the arteries lol. anyway, we have been eating this way since January and do slip now and then but no problem. Have to say i ABSOLUTELY love the protein and veg days lol

normal is whats normal for you, not anyone else :). Thanks gals for the answers :). My husband and I of course are (I CANNOT BELIEVE I AM SAYING THIS!!!) from another era where Cell phones were a luxury lol. He would call a couple of times if he was away for 7 days or I would call him and leave a message if it was important. Otherwise, any drama that went on while he was away (and it started the second he left the house lol) was just tucked away until he got home and I got on with it. I suppose it is different now that the younger generations (and I CANNOT BELIEVE i also said that lol) are so used to txting/smsing/mmsing/ whatever that it is second nature. For us, it is not a necessary thing because if something happens I log into Emirates and find his hotel or call someone who knows and just call him. Or txt if he remembered to keep the phone on lol....otherwise, nothing is so important and if he txted me a whole lot it would bother me to a point lol...let alone call me 4 times a day. I would think there was something seriously wrong with him...Love it when he comes home and i havent talked to him in a couple of dayl.so much to share :)....but, that is us and it is normal for us only :)

Am green with envy, mine has just gone out with the dogs and the only thing he's likely to bring back is more ticks off the goats. Love this place but our nearest Chinese would be an hour plus down the mountain, over the hills and far far away ..............even have to knit my own pizzas, and that's hard after a vase or three.
