ok, I have a question. Everyone goes home and lives the life they had before dubai. A few win barrels of money and start spending it and enjoying with nice cars, nice house, housekeeper, salon visits, fine dining, great clothes.....are they now Fake?

you might have gotten it at the Gourmet Station in Oasis but they have closed that part of the shop. You need to look for other Gourmet shops, unfortunately I cannot remember where the one I saw awhile ago is!!!! sorry :(

yes you do but you have to go directly to the UaE embassy in Qatar to get it. Unless you are flying with Emirates. (pretty sure that is what my friend said..)

take a bowl of her food and put it on top of where she pooped. She will not poop there again. lets see if she poops somewhere else. Is she pooping on the carpet or floor, if it is a carpet, remove it for a time and get it cleaned professionally, if a floor, put the food down.

if you cant stand the thought of tossing clothes that don't fit, or you dont wear, go and buy a few large plastic containers, see through. Be brutal and go through your closet, fold everything and put in container. Label it and put it at the top shelf of your closet. Only keep those things in your closet that fit and you wear and like. Everything else in the container. In 6 months, take it all out, try it on, see if you love it. I met both Mimo and Mr Houdini today!!! what a pleasure :).....Mimo has got to be the biggest sap I have met and soft and squishy...oh the cuddles lol....I understand he quite likes dogs but not cats so....if your dog needs a companion please go and see Mimo!!! Mr. Houdini...has one eye, ,he is lovely and stretchy and cuddly, also soft and squishy!!!! they are both cats that will do well in a family with lost of love and who love squishy cats lol...

cats usually stay in their territory. Knock on all your neighbours doors. Ask them to check in their yard to see if she is hiding. someone might have taken her in. Put poster in your neighbourhood... go out late at night and call her. Put something on the entrance to yur villa that smells ie..blanket, tshirt something she would be familiar with.

The dog and I went for a lovely walk in the downpour. She didnt seem to mind at all, I certainly didnt...maids door open for the strays if they want to bunk in a dry place..food out, bed made, all animals at the window curled up. All we need is a fire going :) We of course, will be slogging in the new waterfront property the rain with cause tomorrow lol

did you call 344 1122...I just spoke to them and they deliver afternoon and evenings, just not mornings. she said call her and if you are not in the Jumeriah area she will send you to another that does deliver :) <em>edited by SueB on 21/01/2011</em>

there is no reason to put your cat outside :).....you could build a nice enclosure for him so he can spend the day in there, have lots to do and climb, with a litter box etc and he will be fine. But to just let him out to explore, nope, unless of course you want to be back on here looking for your lost moggy :(. You can try a body harness. take a week or so for him to get used to it then string up a clothes line so he can walk back and forth, play and be out. But I would not put him out without safety precautions. If you do let him out to wander in the day, make a bed beside the door you want him to come in and out of.....do not leave food out and he will come in when he is hungary. I keep mine in after 6 and she lays in the garden most of the time.

William and Spice are brother and sister. they are 3month/2weeks old. Both have had all shots and deworming and are very healthy happy kittens . The love to play as kittens do, snuggle under the covers, cry for each other if they are apart, sleep entwined most of the time and where one is, you will find the other. Spice is the boss though, but William does try and make his mark but he is a baby. He will stand at the top of the stairs and meow as if to say "where is everyone, where is Spice, is it safe to come down?" They are a joy to have. they have lived with our family of people and animals since they were not quite a month old. They like the 2 cats and are working on the dog ....being brave when strange people come in...they do not shed much at all considering their fur. They are part Turkish Angora and have lovely personalities, love to be with people and find the computer facinating. These sibs should probably go together but if they have to be split up to go to 2 wonderful homes I will consider it if they are the right families for William and Spice. William and Spice are Feline Friends cats. I can guarantee that these 2 will be a wonderful addition to a family and will integrate with other animals I am sure. Harvest mites can be seen between the toes as little red dots. In a dark coloured paw it might be very difficult to see them. In our dog they were easy to see once the toes were spread :)

Take your cat to the vet and they will organize it. My dog had it between her toes and it was a 2xweekly soak in flea shampoo. It worked. But she is a dog not a cat so the vet will get you in the right direction.

if he does not need it forever, he can hire one and the hospital should be able to inform him where the best place is. So, the hospital has not told him, try Life Pharmacy, they rent beds etc and anything else to help your FIL :)...

Well CP, make sure he follows all the directions when he appies so he is not refused :). I know with the Canadian visa they do stress that you have read the directions and all requirements to leson the chances of refusal and not getting back the non refundable payment .....

I have a shower chair but it could be used as a bath chair. It sits inside the tub lengthways. I dont think you will find a apparatus that will fit across the tub here unless you are sure that both side of the tub are sturdy. You are more than welcome to borrow this chair and the height is adjustable. If you would like to come and check it out you are most welcome :)

well, keep at it :)...for the 1st 2 months most of my FF babies sleep in their cages with the door off, hot water bottle under in a towel and rolled up towels around the edge and I make a donut shape with the towels, they sleep quite happily in there. Once I pop them in, I dont hear a peep, I also put over the cage, a towel to make it all dark over the cage. Bianca, if when you feed him, 1st put the little towel around his neck then around his body so he cannot get his paws on you but can knead the towel or wrap a towel around your hand with your fingers out to hold the bottle.....he is pushing your hand as Joyce says to bring more milk....it is what they do, he might not want more but it is comforting for him. Just make a cocoon in his cage that is nice and warm and he might settle :)
