Business Visa

If you need to gain a business visa for your stay in Vietnam the following procedure should be taken:

  • If you have a sponsor in Vietnam, (usually this would be your employer) you can get an official entry clearance form from them and then apply for a business visa with multiple entries valid for one year.

  • If, however you do not have a sponsor in Vietnam you can only apply for a business visa valid for 90 days. For further information regarding an entry clearance form click here>>

  • Make sure to submit your application no earlier than 6 months before your departure.

You will need to submit the following documents:

  • A Valid passport

  • Completed application form

  • Passport-size photograph

  • Application fee

  • Criminal record

Please Note: A business visa is not sufficient if you plan to live and work in Vietnam on a long-term basis.
