Good morning. The most disappointing aspect is that if you have bought more than one (book) app, you are allowed a max of 10 pings per account and not per (book) app. This is unfair for me. If you have not registered the app/book yet then open new account for each... and Yes I did not buy the app because of the limit of 10 pings .. unless you are sharing your account in two phones (so they can use the app voucher by themselves) and no pings required .. the book gives you more freedom in sharing

more good news.. for those who have not bought the book or app yet you can get it from carrefour at same price but you get a voucher back for 50aed (if app) or 100aed (if book) ...

Thanks Ladies for all the info Well I am still waiting for the refund and I got a number 100 mail to ask me again about my bank statement with excuse that they could not read all the previous ones I have sent I have now introduced claim at the Customer protection service and visa company, hopefuly it will work one day A Do send them a copy of your complaint you made to Gvt and visa ... they might act faster ;)

Maybe have a look at Al Salam Private school in Qusais, there is no dominant nationality it's very mix and international following the UK curriculum (IGCSE) but do check KHDA website of all school around your area for feedback, and for next year most schools register in March the latest

Hi sababy, Check all the pages are there by page number. A few years back we had a chunk of pages missing from the bound book. They quickly replaced the missing pages for us when notified. Well here is the news.. I contacted them online and they confirmed that apparently NEW OFFERS are ONLY available for APP version members and not the book members!!!! Monthly offers are added monthly and travel offers all year -for all members- but not new offers like Shakespeare and others !!! my disappointment is growing bigger :(

I understand your issue, I am Muslim and come from a Muslim country and in my country they only broadcast the call for prayer and not the entire prayer, so I was shocked to hear it through in the UAE when I came 16 years ago ... my advice is: call the Dubai Islamic affairs if you are in Dubai [url=http://www.iacad.gov.ae/EN/Pages/contactus.aspx'>link[/url'> and find out if they are registered and if they are respecting the level of maximum sound, as they might accept to go check on them

I'm a souq.com customer and must say there have been some glitches here and there (delayed delivery, missing parts, not as expected item...) but they always follow up regardless of the seller... even after a 40min long waiting call to get answer. :( they Do refund and return...

Have you considered one of the female British trained GP’s here who are well trained and able to deal with such issues sensitively? This may be a better starting point for mum and the child. Dr Carol Smiley is highly recommended and highly experienced. Thank you for the advice, I'm not sure of her experience with kids or gynae issues as she's not a pediatrician or a gynae... but will call her clinic to find out more

Thank You so much for your advice DB, we are definitely investing on online advertising and a bit of paper adverts to catch the eye of those who are not internet oriented and want to create a profile for their company online SA baby, if you are a web design company then you should absolutely be doing everything possible with regards to online advertising - not magazines or anything offline!! Google ads is essential otherwise your website is completely lost in space so to speak. There are 2 ways of doing SEO - organic and paid. Organic you have to word the website in absolutely the right way to pick up traffic from people searching for those exact keywords. Paid will yield far higher results. For a small company, don't dismiss word of mouth. I would network around media city and companies who will need to outsource these services. I have been using freelancers within my work to do just this kind of work, so speak to ad agencies, media companies and basically anyone who would be your target audience.

Thank you so much for your advice PP, we are working on our SEO for now trying to avoid Google ad, as it's costly, and it doesn't reflect good on us if we are promoting our SEO ;) We are a small company, however, the web designer is a top notch professional and uses the latest technologies available so I'd call that excellent service ;) In the meantime I'm trying to find out where do people go when they need a new website or improve it so we can advertise there (magazine or website) Your best bet is google advertising. Use adwords, google display network to showcase some of the sites. I am a self taught google adwords advertiser, you can also call their 800 number for free set up and assistance. Advertising on google with the right keywords saves you and your customer time because you are attracting people interested and in need of your service. The only issue is are you offering excellent service and is it worth the price. Have you considered the Sheffield School? yes in fact my eldest was there in KG1 then moved to Al Salam, they were not serious at all with Arabic and religion and their fees are quite high, and I have 3 children...
