My suggestion is to visit the bank website so that you will get some better idea of the current account facilities offered. You can try ADCB in addition to above listed banks, they have tied up with reputed banks for the money transfer service.

I not know about international bank as i do not have account, i have been with ADCB for 10 years now using online services like remittances to india, mobile banking, etc.

I have been with ADCB for 10 years, I mostly use their personal banking, investment banking and also transfer money using their accounts when it's required. I'm happy with their services and would like to recommend you the same.

After reading your points, i recommend you to go with ADCB as they offer fast, simple and secure banking services in UAE. For my personal banking requirement i am using their online service like online money transfer to India.

You can open account in any banks in Dubai as all are reputed banks offering exceptional banking services, i have an account in ADCB as i personally like their simple and secure online service including 'remittances to India' for transfer money.
