I saw Purnima Deb a couple of years ago for my PCOS. She prescribed pills without taking any history and i ended up with horrible migraines - something that was confirmed by the neuro Dr. She took it all very personally and was downright mean and insulting. Never went back to her. I would say stay

the people at the metro station are quite helpful. they will happily advise you of the best ticket choices. you can pay in cash - they always have change - and also on your credit card. there are also machines standing around dispensing tickets if you would rather not stand in line waiting to speak to someone. its quite efficient that way

my PCOS symptoms also went crazy with moving to Dubai and putting on weight and nothing helped, despite being put on metformin and an array of hormonal drugs, except painful crushing migraines eventually, just changing how I eat and exercising has helped me shift weight, and finally have periods without taking hormones. the biggest change i think was cutting out salt and sugar from my diet because almost all unhealthy food in the world went with it. i try to stick to those rules when I eat out as well, and generally avoid places known for their portion quantity. its really hard to not eat food you know you are paying for. and if you do, no point beating yourself up, just go for a run and burn it off :)

Hey HorizonMum2, did you try the brunch? would you recommend it? have to organize a brunch for a birthday next weekend but worried about deal since in my experience most places really lower service standards when they have deals on thanks in advance!

Thanks Ladybee I am looking for my mom who hasn't really given me any ideas of her preferences and has mostly refused to talk about her mastectomy since she had it last year. Interestingly K Lynn was the sponsor for Dubai's bras-for-a-cause event but their store didn't stock it. I am going to call all the sponsors and hopefully will find something
