I noticed some of the reviews about VLCC on many websites aren't favorable towards them because of their lack of management style and integrity with their clients. They are just a company and can't really care for you as you might want them to.
During my package, I would attend sessions and they have lost my card a couple of times and no one knows how to clearly tell you what is really going on and who is responsible for what.
If you have already purchased a session, make sure you trust yourself only and you are on top of them to do their job properly. This is your money and your lifestyle. If you enroll with them then start asking and keep questioning them. Be the most demanding customer ever. You have the right to do so. Ask them when the EXPIRY DATE of your package is and when do you need to complete them. If they are busy that is not your issue. Just keep at it!
VLCC has some great services and some great people but overall the customer service is all about a "profit" making business. It's sad really and I guess no place is perfect. Unfortunately, when you sign to a new package, over time I realized you are signing onto the company VLCC but not to any trusted individuals. I want to trust the people there but I realized over time, you should not trust that they will be able to take care of you completely.
