Hi MrsDB, I had a look for viviscal online but could only see the shampoo and conditioner and the hair fibres, was it tablets that you got? Also, has anyone ever tried Nourkrin? that is supposed to be good for hair loss too but i haven't tried anything yet. thank you.

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows where is good & safe to go cycling in Dubia? I looked online and it says that there is a bike track on the open beach at Jumeriah but when i went there at the weekend there was only a running track and it had a sign up saying no bikes. thanks.

thanks Mrsg1, i phoned the BlowDry Bar but fully booked for Friday morning : ( i will defo try there next time! I have got an app at Shima with Fadwa, fingers crossed she makes a good job or i will have to cancel Brunch - haha. thanks.
