Thanks Sarahlou 123 Words just fail me and I suspect that there will be no charges to face and it will just be covered up. Thanks Lally I have just emailed them so will wait & see what they say, when I collected the phone from Karama they said because it was the new model they could not get the spare parts. I won't be leaving the phone anywhere near the cat again that's for sure. I have taken it to a couple of places & have been quoted 600AED it is a lot of money but cheaper than buying another one. <em>edited by bridge6 on 10/02/2014</em>

Can't remember the name but there is a shop at Dragon Mart that just deal in Children's fancy dress costumes, I know it is not far from the entrance & am sure if you ask at the information desk at the front of the store they will be able to tell you where it is located.
