Hi Nathk, unfortunately I didn't get far at all. I ran into people who said they were able to help but once I started seeing they were doing under the table deals and things that could possibly even put them in jail, I stopped. I eventually sent my son back home and left, but if you find out anything please let me know as I would absolutely love to live and raise my son in there. I apologize that I couldn't be of more help.
