We used MAB after checking out few others around, some too expensive and few others cheaper but these guys seemed reasonable and did a good job too.. except that they took extra time than they promised so we had dust all around the house when we moved in. But would definetely recommend them to any1 else! Although my DH did keep a close watch and ensured they were doing evrything properly.

Would you know approx per man day charges?
Hi Hobo, we recently bought a 2 bed villa in ranches and are gonna move in soon. We are looking to make 2 structural changes
1) break the living room wall and extend it little into the patio ( this falls within Emaar's rules I think)
2) Also change tub to shower in the bath
would you know how much these 2 things would approx cost? the guys we have spoken to so fat are quoting us 50 to 70k dhs? is this a reasonable price?
