Hi, I am a nearly 40 year old single woman living in Kuwait and I am looking into the possibility of having a child via artificial insemination. Living in Kuwait affords me the financial position to do this specifically before my child will be able to go to school and need full time care at home when I am at work etc etc etc.
I am not about to rush this and don't want to do anything illegal but am wondering whether it is in fact possible to seek permission from the authorities (who would this be I'm not sure) in order to make this a possibility?
Any advice would be most appreciated.
