When someone says your visa is in process, it is general expression but there is a whole process behind. It certain stage, the candidate can exit without any issue and in other you won't be allowed...
So in conclusion, if the first part (work entry permit/visa) is under process, there will be no issues on the immigration approval right? if somebody decides to exit because of expiring grace period? Or do they advise someone to stay because they applied the entry permit as "INSIDE THE COUNTRY" type of application?
