Hi Nscm7859 I know homelypetz are good! A little pricey but worth it. My only other advice is say as far away from Pet Palace of Dubai, it's run by the owner who has no concern for your animal or their care only your money is what he is interested in. If you are worried about what you should do, go view a few place and always ask loads questions. You will know the right move after doing that.

We would love to use homely but as my cat is a little terror I would be happier knowing he is in a cattery with humans there all / most of the time. Yeah please do stay away from them they are not up to standards now since loosing there manager. It's a shame though as we need some good kennels around.

Its a pleasure ladies. I just felt I needed to let pet owners know. My dogs are still suffering and will be for a while, and as the owner won't call or answer my calls I felt I needed to take action. I'm in 2 minds still as to whether I should go away for Xmas or stay as this experience has really upset me. I've spoken to the old manager and she's so apologetic ( which is a shame as I know had she been there none of this would have happened) she's even been so kind to come visit my doggies. I really do wish I could go back in time.

Thanks for you reply. I have 1 cat and 2 dogs. And they are my babies. Sadly I have used them for a while now and The service I got before was fantasist but that was cause it was run by the manager (expat) She is no longer there now which is sad, as my animals loved her so much. The running of the kennels have been left to the owner and another lady who can't stand animals!!!! Why o why go into such a business if you don't care about animals.

I'm writing this to warn other pet owners. Do not use Pet Palace Kennels. Their service is shocking and the staff employed( only 3 staff members) have no training or knowledge on how to look after pets! My animals stayed their and when I got them back it was a sad time!!! When I spoke to the owner he didn't care amd was extremely rude. Still waiting for a call back 1 week after! Terrible service and shocking state of kennels. My furry babies will be off to a more dedicated kennels for christmas.
