Hey ladies!
Does anyone living in Qatar have any experience of getting married in the UK then briniging husband out here? I have a UK passport, have got my RP and am getting married at Christmas. (Fiancee is british too but currently living in the UK) I think I need the marriage certificates authenticated by the Qatari embassy in London but does anyone know of any loopholes or unexpected quirky 'oh but you need to do this first' things the Qatari' Government might say in order for them to recognize the fact that we got married? I will tell my work at some point so is it likely they will help?
Any help or advice greatly appreciated :)

Just came across this thread when having a browse ,I just moved to Doha from Scotland on my own and am looking to meet some people out and about. I am outgoing and usually very sociable so keen to find things to do apart from sitting in the Hotel! Would love to meet up with some like-minded ladies for coffee/ bar/ pub type thing!
