I've done it at the genesis clinic. It's very expensive no matter where you do it, 3000 AED and more. It's done from 11 weeks I think and gives you very high accuracy on risks, but still it's only a risk assessment - it cannot tell you 100%. Only you can decide if it's worth it. For me it was because I'm a huge worrier and couldn't stand the idea of a test that was available and I didn't do it, but if you have low risk after the NT scan then you might not worry.
