Hello! I moved out of O2 residence in January and the building itself started off great when I first moved in in 2013 but slowly started to deteriorate (as all buildings do in dubai). The lifts are always broken, we had flooding in our bathroom and leaking water from the a/c and the water was often cut off for what the front desk told us was maintenance. The dewa fee in our 1 bed was usually around 600-700/ month and we moved January right after they installed the chiller meters and I am currently fighting for my deposit back...be warned I'm not entirely sure what's going on but something is strange with the chiller company. I don't expect to get my deposit back. They used to have a desk in the building and suddenly disappeared one day and I can't get ahold of anyone to refund my deposit. Sorry for the negativity, just felt inclined to save someone else from losing any money :) on a positive note, the gym and pool are great and they do a decent job of maintenance in the building. I would! I just moved to JLT and I have a 3 yr old medium sized dog who's lonely out here. Let me know when you get your new doggy and we can get them together.

Dogs are not allowed in Bay central! I found this out the hard way. they even went as far as to tell me they would take legal action against any residents with animals in their flats!
