Hi FJcruiser yes we were given 1 year warranty but things dont seem to be covered under warranty. There's a surprise! We had a problem with the airbag suspension which was leaking. they repaired it no cost but heey ho 2 weeks later the same thing happened only this time the air bag is burst and not covered Dhs1000 later! now yesterday the car stopped in the middle of the road fortunately on a secondary road! and had to be towed (third time of towing and we have only had the car 4 months) goodness knows what is wrong now!

Yes well they picked the wrong family here. Someone has to win the battle with them. We have contacted Consumer rights people but no response yet. They are just a bunch of crooks!

Does anyone no where we can go to complain. they are now ignoring our calls and emails. My husband went down there screaming and got nowhere! Can anyone help? Frustrated and out of pocket

i am the parent of a child who is not particularly academic and does work hard to get the grades and I am very proud of him. However I am realistic to know that not all children are capable of A Levels and although I would have loved my child to progress through an A Level programme this infact was not the best route for my child. I was very well informed by the Jumeirah College Team that it would be better for my child to take the vocational route and was certainly not led to believe anything other than the most realistic honest and open view months inadvance. I commend the staff of JC for not giving me false hopes. We all want the best for our children but come on is it what is best for them or what looks good for us as parents?? If your child is struggling to achieve at GCSE how are they expected to cope at A Level programme? In my opinion it is setting them up for failure. It is hard for us to accept this but it is fact. It really is not about results it is about the child and what is best for them, not the parents or the school. Happy to say my child is back in UK and extremely happy starting college in Sept. edited by fazza on 06/09/2011
