HorizonMum2 - you might want to see about Jebel Ali Village - they have different sizes of villas there and that is where I am moving to. Older villas and no pool (GVV villa has own pool in the garden and a community pool) but cheaper than GVV. Jebel Ali Village is also Nakheel property.
