Thanks Mmmmm. Riot looks great, so does Photobook...now also starting to look into Shutterfly, Photobox and Blurb. Anyone used any of these before? What do you think? hello, does shutterfly deliver it in dubai?

I used Riot in JLT and was pretty impressed - easy to use software and everything was done on time. I used the vouchers as well. I think their website have their standard pricing. can u pls tell me where did u get the vouchers of riot??

hello, where in diera will i get rotary cutter?? If, coming from Al wasl or Beach road turn right into Dhiyafa street , keep in right lane when you come to Satwa roundabout turn right(don't go through the roundabout) go up one block and the shops are on your right. You will see a shop with material's out the front..Nearly opposite the big mosque.There are 2 shops there that sell sewing accessories ...Then walk up past all the fabric store and the last shop is called Fida's they also sell sewing accessories Things are usually more expensive in Fidas but they do have a great range .Re quilting fabric I find Tahir and Srour are the best ...... They both have a section in their shops with cotton fabrics for quilting........I paid 25dhs for a roller cutter in the sewing souk in Diera last year.. They will be a bit more expensive in Satwa..... Have fun.

hello, where in deira will i get rotary cutter? Any reviews of the class? Am planning to take it next month. I found the class price pretty good... at 360 AED, and 200 for a rental of sewing machine for 4 classes but the sewing supplies are pretty darn expensive. Rotary cutters for like 60 AED.. :o Does anyone know of places where I can get basic sewing supplies - scissors, cutters, cute buttons, thread etc. any cheaper? I've heard of places in Satwa, but donno the name of any specific shop.

hey thanks a lot for ur prompt reply.. from which site do u order online?? hey .. i would like to know.. from where can i get fabric.. where is textile souq???? plssss suggest... and also would like to know from where i will get cheap batting to put inside the quilt.. regards The textile souq is In Bur Dubai-by the Creek-also cheap fabric in nearby al Fahidi Street-better fabric at the Town Centre Jumeirah-or in the Patchwork Shop in Jumeirah Plaza- (the pink one). I find it better to order mine from the USA-better range and prices-even with shipping. As for batting-don't economise-a cheap batting will ruin your lovely quilt-especially if you plan to wash it-either buy it from one of the 2 quilt shops or ship/bring it in from home
