We are moving to Dubai shortly so are looking for a family to take over our lease. The Villa is located on the Y Village compound in Abu Sidra just past Hyatt Plaza. We really love living here and will be sad to Leave. There are many ex pat families on the compound. Our rent is 18000QR per month and a 1 month deposit is required.
