I think my mother had before.. vacuum off as much dirt as you can then hose down the tree, scrub off the dirt with soapy water then hose it down again. If your vacuum is a wet/dry vacuum, try to suck as much water as you can. Or maybe use a fan or a blow dryer. Afterwards, just leave it to dry under the sun or in a sunny area of your home. It ain't gonna be easy and your tree might not look the same anymore though. You might just end up buying another one :-)

Hi Nam! We are looking for a new employer for our nanny/housekeeper. I've actually just added a thread about it just now. If you're interested, let me know of your email add (or contact number if you're ok with posting it here) so we can discuss about it if ever... :-)

Thanks so much for that! Will tell my husband (he's the Frenchie between the two of us) about it and try to drop by to check it out next time :-)

Hi Jenny! I answered your question in one of the other threads that we both participated in. Anyway, I'll also post what pepito and i said. pepito: Just found this info regarding the daycare in al barsha: I have never been there myself, but looks interesting. Would love to have some feedback if anyone has been there. Al Barsha, Al Raha BUilding Shop 3 (behind Mall of the Emirates and in front of Citymax Hotel) It is open from 7am til 9pm Here is the phone number 04 392 98 99 and the link on Dubizzle dubai.dubizzle.com/community/childcare/2...keywords=kids%20town HTH me: That's where my son goes :-) He likes it there! It just opened so its not too busy which is great since the staff are able to look after my son well. I had a talk with the manager one time, and asked her a few questions and she said that they are going to limit the number of kids that they will have at one time once things get swinging for their place because they want to keep a good staff-kid ratio. The place is not too big which in my opinion is good because the staff can keep an eye on the kids better. Rates are fairly cheap considering that it kind of includes nanny service or babysitting. They actually ammended their operating hours.. they open at a later time during thur and fri. They open at 9am and stay open til 11pm. The manager said they are thinking of those parents who want a not-so-late night-outs with friends or their significant others :-)

I've been to Dragonmart and had a look around there were some shops but they just seemed like they were just selling stuff... like all they knew what to say is "yes, that's good", "yes, that's lucky". My friend told me that there are authentic Feng Shui shops wherein they sell stuff that have been "blessed" or "energized" by Feng Shui masters. Well, I guess that's how things work in Asia and some parts of the World that practice it a lot... not the case here in Dubai seems like it..

If Al Barsha (near Mall of the Emirates) is convenient for you, I know one too...
