according to me you have to go and buy a new polo shirt because there is no such solution to get the orignal color back nothing is going to help..
My kids were so excited to get back to school too..They were really waiting to get back , I felt so happy to see them like this.
it gets them in to routine and extra activities start too so its nice..

Its really good to know that somebody is talking about it. Really its become a nuisance to visit these stores pay a high price and get treated like ****.Even i have had similar experince at the motorcity store where the staff is just unaware about the uniforms and made me go crazy from one counter to an other looking for sizes and parts of the uniform.I called up 800Threads to complain about the service but I think they dint take it seriously and said they would get back which never happened.
I guess every year we have to face this and its not going to change.So just have to learn to deal with this system.
