That is a good idea! Thank you so much for the fast reply... I will try looking around at the bakeries nearby and visit those you mentioned. Hope they don't turn me down :( I was about to call it off because I don't know my way around things over here. Back in my country, everything used to be available at a walking distance from home, so I find it quite frustrating not to be able to do something I like for lack of resources. Again, Thank you dear! :D

I posted a few times and starting to get discouraged from lack of response. So please, if anyone has a remote idea that can help, shoot! if not, well :((((( So, I was tempted to order some chocolate couverture and cake decoration stuff online but got scared because I read reviews saying that some products come already expired and broken, things like that. Can anyone share their experience with this sort of stuff, it would be the first time ordering perishable items for me and I don't want it to go to waste. Also, I am making stuff for a birthday AND valentine next month, so I would not want to poison the people I am gifting. :p Also, if you know any shop anywhere in UAE that actually sell chocolate and pastry ingredients, and by that I do not mean the stuff found in lulu or carrefour but the ingredients used by professionals, I would appreciate a name or an address :D
