I know tons of Indian families that have filipino maids/ nannies and they are quite happy. Most I know are quite non-fussed about food and are rice lovers. they also eat biryani, rice and curry, sausages, etc. If you keep them well and pay them the market rate, food is generally not their top priority. They'd ratther eat curry and live in a house where everyones polite to them as opposed to eating meat everyday and then being mis-treated or beaten I suppose.

Hi, I'm looking for a maid/nanny for a 4 year old with another baby on the way. Mainly looking for an English speaking Filipino. Can anyone recommend a good agency that they've used. There are tons out there but some of my friends have had bad experiences with agencies where they've paid them and had non-applicable candidates interview, the kind that didn't meet the criteria at all. Help Please!

Hi Dipika, I'm looking for an instructor for my 4 year old daughter at our pool. Would is be possible to share Vivienne's number with me please? I'd be happy with a female coach. Thanks in advance, Menka

I'm planning to register my daughter at the Hamilton swim academy for four weeks over the summer. Has anyone used them before? Any reviews? Were you happy with the academy? I'm planning on registering her at the Gem Wellington!

Hi Ladies, I have a beautiful 6 month old golden retriever who is vaccinated and house trained. We’re traveling between the 14th-22nd of March and were wondering if anyone could look after her. She’s always been around humans and I’m a bit skeptical about leaving her at kennels. Also, she’s friendly with children as we have a 4 year old who adores her. Would return the favour in the future!
