Hello, Im a new mum in Dubai with a newborn, I have never had a maid before and considering hiring a live out maid providing visa sponsorship to help out home with baby, cooking, cleaning and occasional babysitting. Can you please guide me on what is realistic in terms of salary/package/allowances. I interviewed a maid last night who asked for AED 4000 for everything but was very specific in what she would/would not do. Not sure what the right thing to do is for live out's as no guidance on here only for live in? Thanks
