Tdubai - you wanna go to Beauty Palace at the bottom of Millenium Tower (the one with the big horsehead at the top where all the Emirates Crew are based) - there's a lady called Chilli who does a great blow dry for around 80AED. It's only a tiny salon and all the girls are Vietnamese but they're v good. Nancy also does the best waxing in town x
